Always liked this store but unfortunately could not find my size (6 UK) in a range of shoes I wanted, they all went up to size 3 for some reason. Staff really unprofessional, was quiet intimidated for asking for help. 1 staff completely ignored me, another when I asked him to check for size he gave me the looks" clearly could not be bothered. Thankfully a tall young guy was happy enough to assist me with a smile. Thank you Tyler!"

I was here on weekend and was really disappointed in this store .I will not be going here ever again! One girl from front desk came over and asked me if I need help, I then handed over the shoe asking for a size! She told me there is no size available without even checking. She then asked me to come to the counter which was totally fine but then I was told to keep all the other shoes back at the same place where I picked them from and with a lot of attitude. I have never seen such attitude in any of the stores in Leeds!! Really disappointed!

Was really disappointed in this shop for 1st experience of using them. Not helpful or approachable and they couldnt have cared less! No help and general attitude was poor. Will not be going here ever again!
