Very busy due to school holidays, but could order at the table in this one vs others that can’t which make the wait a lot more bearable. We found a seat upstairs so not too bad. Food arrived piping hot too, correct order no issues. Only concern was no toilet paper in the female toilets.

Never seen a McDonald's as crowded as Watford High Street's. Staff seemed incapable of serving people their order. No competency or haste to provide customers with their food

Sadly my experience of visiting this particular McDonald over the past few months has been poor. I particular dislike the long wait once I have ordered my food. This appears to be compounded by the queue of unmasked delivery drivers.This evening I only waited 18 minutes from placing and paying for my order at one of their self-service screens. I guess you can't call it fast food any more.When ordering via the app it infuriates me that the order is not accepted until you arrive at the restaurant. Then you wait, and wait until finally your number is called. sometimes I've waited over 30 minutes.This evening though after waiting 18 minutes to receive my takeaway order and taking it home for my family I was treated to a burnt bun on my quarter pounder. I did try calling the restaurant to complain but the phone rings and no one answers.I believe it is true to say I am somewhat discouraged from purchasing this brand of burger in the future.Clearly, McDs need to pay more attention to customer service.Update 13.07.23 Ordered for home delivery.Missing items to my order e.g. fillet-o-fish and large fries.Food that was delivered was over packed in a single bag. Two double big macs were crashed by 20 nugget box and two large fries.The two fries supplied were undercooked and a half-sized portion.Trying to get some sort of resolution was a complete nightmare! Online Bot did not work, calling the store no answer, and visiting the store was a waste of time. Finally, after two failed calls 3 hours after my part meal delivery I managed to get a partial refund.Not a happy customer!

Absolutely useless. Missing items via Just Eat. Never ever on time.Simple items, simple service, yet they just cannot do a simple task.Avoid at all costs, you and your family will be left waiting foe hours with no delivery.

Food was ok. Made fairly timely. However, it appears they have zero problem with people vaping in their restaurant. A customer did make mention to staff regarding people vaping. Literally NOTHING was done (this is not the first time!). We won't be sitting in again and given they always leave items out when ordering for delivery, we probably won't bother with this branch again.

Have ordered to the table, they brought it after 10 minutes at least, there were no spoon in the whole restaurant so have to the queque to ask one and when I get to the coffee was cold and the cream and chocolates stars melted all☹️

The food is just like any other McDonald's, and it's usually clean and organised. However, the wait times are often very long and the receipts rarely print out from the self service machines, leaving you to remember your order number by memory. Also gets quite crowded in the area you wait for your order during peak times.

Self-order machines do not print out tickets at the end of the transaction. So if you miss your order number when it flashes on the screen, you have to negotiate with serving staff to get your meal without knowing your order number.

Food is just as good as any other McDonald’s, except this time they actually gave me the sauces I ordered with the food, which was a pleasant surprise. Self-order screen didn’t print out my order number so I just had to hope I didn’t forget it. Seemed clean as well.

The lift not working with ages and nit sign of getting fixed. If you can’t do a lot of steps don’t go cause if you need to go to the ladies not a chance. Shameful on 2023
