We went in because of halal sign outside the restaurant. We were treated with extreme rudeness by this one server mentioned by other reviewer. We asked him just to make sure if everything was halal he said the prawns were. So stupid. I will never recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. If I had a choice I would give zero stars.

Omg! So delicious! The butter chicken is heavenly! Gravy is so rich and creamy. The Nann is freshly made and it tasted so crispy and yummy. We also ordered the Lamb Tikka masala & vege curry. Both are Must try if you are at Covent Gardens!

Good place to go with a group unplanned - they do their best to get you seated and serve in a reasonable time. The lamb and egg dish is a revelation, a couple of scotch eggs in curry sauce, quite something! Chicken mono starter really different too. Lovely

AVOID THIS PLACE! Food was bland, service was terrible. We waited over 30 mins for drinks and papadum and the papadum didn’t even come, it was actually given to someone else. While we were waiting for our food to arrive, we saw customers who came in after us, were getting their food so we complained! We finally got our food and it was not worth the wait! The only good bits were the duck starter, onions and the cucumber. I would not dare to serve this food to homeless people. We did not finish the meal. Another group asked us how the food was, we told them it’s not good authentic Indian food and they too did not finish their food!

the food was absolutely delicious! From the bread to the chefs recommendation of chicken masala to the dips and the samosas, everything was divine and I fully recommend a chat with the welcoming and friendly servers! Come here and enjoy a delicious Indian dinner you won’t forget

I was going to give 5 throughout but alas the payment experience was very strange, with some annoyance that I wanted to pay by card and then that I wanted to use contactless and not insert my card. The food was great however.

It's the worst Indian food I have eaten in my life.They don't know the taste of the Indian food.They are not Indian and they are Bangladeshi.So many Bangladeshi are running Indian restaurants and they are cooking good food but these people are an embarrassment to their community.I felt like I was eating sweet and there was no spice taste in food at all so how can it be Indian food.They should be closed down.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Worst quality. PLEASE AVOID. We have orderedMutter Paneer: the paneer was very hard like Natural rubber(gummy). It was worstPlain riceMango lassi: it’s not worth the priceSpecial fried rice: Waste of money - Salt overloaded.Garlic Naan: I donot know why the name is given as it is a plain naan.Apart from the worst food quality, the service us very bad - as the waiter askedus to change seats frequently changing us upstairs and downstairs twice. Although we did what he told, he is but worried about our race and country and continues to speak on that stuff with us. The plates which were served for us was not cleaned well and contained the stains of previous clients food and I have to ask for them to change. And the waiter donot have patience until we eat, he asked several times in 30 - 40 min of time span if I have finished and wanted to remove my plates.All clients sitting beside us were having same issues with them.So, donot choose this as back up plan too. Your pounds will go in vain.

The food is absolutely delicious. The Manager and his staff are warmly welcome every guest and makes you feeling home. We are visiting this place for around 30 years now and I just can say“it is like coming home“Visiting London? Try this place!
