Have been using John’s garage for years, great service and will always get you fixed up

Family staff, very obliging when it comes to having a look at their vehicles that are for sale. It is an MOT Centre but I’ve never had my card on here. No pestering for sale . Reasonable priced for sale of vehicles . You get what you pay for .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner of this garage, can't believe you wouldn't release my daughter's boyfriend's van until they had paid you an extortionate amount for labour costs only. He could have lost his life on the motorway and the recovery took him to this garage, parts were provided for you. Had to pay the cash with no receipt or a breakdown of costs so you would release the van. Avoid this garage like the plague!!

I was stranded on the A500 on an evening last week. Rac confirmed fuel Injector needed replacing, passed me to these guys who gave me a quote, car whilst they sorted my car out and was done within 24 hours. Will be using for mot and services moving forward.

Broke down on the M6 with a burnt out alternator. Within an hour, these guys and found a new alternator, got it fitted and I was on may way again. No frills but a first class great value service. Sadly I don't live locally otherwise I'd be giving them more business.

Used this garage for the first time this week with a broken electric handbreak, the staff were friendly and helpful they did the job in less time than was quoted, and managed to come in cheaper than they had originally said! Amazing service and will be returning, really impressed thank you :)

Cowboys - Worst garage in Stoke. Avoid at all costs.I decided to take my car to this garage to get it serviced. I received a call from John saying more work was needed to it otherwise it would fail its MOT (although it passed its MOT from another garage a month before).I told John that I would pay for the cost originally agreed, and please not to do additional work on it when he quoted me the price. On the phone John then swore several times. I pleasantly explained I would just pay the amount agreed and put down the phone.By the time I went to pick up the garage, John gave me an invoice twice the price originally given plus the VAT. He then said “I don’t want your service again and just give me the money.” I was so embarrassed as other customers were behind me, I just gave him the money and left.The car was still in bad shape so I went to Scotia Road garages that made the car run a lot smoother at a fraction of the originally quoted price.Terrible service for inflated prices. If you want your car to run worse at an extra cost, then this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs.

What a ripoff!!!!!Makes prices up on the spot, cost 4times the price!!! Only did labour what was max 2hours if that which should of been £120ish tops wouldn’t give a bill on why it’s so much more and if we did want it would be £40 more!! Highly recommend not using this services only had use it as we had no other choice and they knew that!!!

My wife hit a pot hole and burst two tyres. John dropped everthing to get to her straight away calmed her down and towed the car back to the garage he even took pictures so we could claim from the council. John is a really genuine guy who will go out of his way to help and sort the problem. Have used this garage for years.
