Not used this ATS before, but came by to have my air con sorted. Fast and efficient, got my air con back ice cold again! Also let me know an issue with my car which luckily I was able to resolve in the car park. Lovely guys, polite and had a nice little chat with the guy working on my car, who was genuinely interested in it! Would 100% be back to this branch again if I need anything further doing!

My car began to overheat on the M3 during a very bad traffic jam. I was able to get my car to ATS in winchester. I was helped by Luke, who is a mechanic there, and who was kind enough to look at my car and realised I was very low on coolant. He was kind enough to top up my coolant and advised me that there is likely to be a leak and to get it booked in to a garage once I was in my home town.

I ordered a tyre Monday lunchtime to be fitted on Tuesday. I took my car to them Tuesday lunchtime and left it with Steve and Gary. They were extremely busy just the two of them , but still managed to fit my tyre and carry out wheel alignment. The car was ready when I arrived at 5pm. Two very friendly and helpful guys who were really up against it. Thanks so much guys.... highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic.I was going on holiday that day. Luke fitted me in Straight away.He explained how the service worked for an air con service. Absolutely perfect.Such a nice guy and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Perfect price and alot cheaper than quoted by very rude person down the road.Needless to say my dog had a very comfortable journey on our holiday.From now on ATS will be my go to.
