They cancelled my nail appointment 30 mins beforehand because all their other customers wanted nail art and they were overrunning. Very disappointed considering I had already driven to Tenterden and parked by this point. Who cancels a customer's appointment with just 30 minutes notice? Perhaps their nails are amazing, I wouldn't know – but I would never book again.

My 1st visit to nails at 13, it was very relaxed and comfortable. I can honestly say they are the best nails that I’ve had done for years.
