This'll be a short one. Best Pizza, best staff and great atmosphere for younger crowd and older. The peace is kept and the vibes are good, and the DRINK IS FLOWING!!!!

The photos on this site don't do the uniqueness and quirkiness of this pub justice! What a fantastic place! Something to look at on every surface; a massive collection of music memorabilia as well as vintage collectibles. We rented the room upstairs for a 60th birthday party. The staff were brilliant, the pizzas were delicious and, yes, the atmosphere here is friendly, warm and welcoming.

Possibly the best pub in Tonbridge.Amazing, quirky decorations which create a great atmosphere - the walls are absolutely covered in interesting things.There's a shuffle board (which you can book), a pool table, and some sort of old billiards-type game.The range of beer is nothing special, it's mostly Shepherd Neame, but they pour a good Guinness. They offer a range of pizzas which are decent. The prices for everything are fair. The staff are friendly and helpful.There are a few seats out the front and back, and there are more tables upstairs.Be warned it gets very busy at the weekends and it can get completely full. You can book in advance.

Always a pleasure having a drink at the Foresters. Whether it be an afternoon catch-up with a friend or an evening session, the atmosphere is great. It's a good 'old fashioned' pub that appeals to young and old. Their pizza's are very tasty too! Well worth a visit.

We were really keen to try this pub due to the glowing reviews, but left feeling really disappointed. It turns out just sticking DVD cases from CeX on the walls does not a 'cool' pub make.After buying two rounds of drinks, we noticed they had shuffleboard. We'd never played before, googled the rules and played for 10 minutes while enjoying our drinks.A little later, a member of staff came upstairs and asked us if we'd ever played before? We said no, and explained that we just had to Google the rules. She then said in a rude tone, well, it's £5 for half an hour. Would you like to pay and keep playing? The way it was said was really condescending, and seemed to imply we were deliberately trying to freeload. There was no sign indicating that you had to pay. Everything needed to play was set out. We'd bought drinks and would have stayed for much longer. She then decided to ID my partner randomly, despite the fact we had already been served twice without issue. We're closer to 30 than 18.I don't see what business sense there is in charging £5 for 30 minutes on a non consumable game which would otherwise draw people to your pub, where they would then spend on drinks. We could have become regulars. The place felt less punk, more tacky arcade squeezing you for all you're worth.Added to this the underwhelming Shepherd Neame beer fare and what you get is a pretty uninviting pub. No customer service skills or common courtesy to be found. Risky attitude, in what is increasingly a hard economy for pubs. Money better spent where it's appreciated.

Brilliant pub! The decor has student-y vibes and the staff are complete sweethearts. They only serve pizzas but they do them extremely well and the kitchen is open later than you'd expect. Good selection of drinks but the cocktails are really where it's at and very reasonably priced.Noticed they had chartreuse on the shelf and asked them to make me a swampwater, it was no trouble for them at all (try it if you like herbaceous flavours!). Their frozen cocktails are the bomb, worth a few trips to try them all.

Went for a family lunch to celebrate a birthday. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The whole place was decorated with posters, DVD cases, CD's and other memorabilia which was so interesting to look at. We sat upstairs and had a few games of shuffleboard and connect 4 and later a game of pool.We ordered various pizzas which were freshly made and delicious.Will definitely be visiting again and recommending to others.
