We used Luke for the sale of our property in March/April of this year. I cannot thank Luke enough for everything he did for us. The personal experience you get is second to non. I would never ever use a high street estate agent again. He was very professional, poliet and his knowledge is outstanding. There was no pressure from him at all. He arrnaged for exceptional photos and a video of our property. Luke arranged a viewing of our property on the friday prior to it going onto the market on the Saturday. The first viewing offered full asking price this is before it was even live on any sites! I believe this is due to his exceptional knowledge on the market and contacts. Luke was at the other end of the phone anytime we needed him for anything and he would always text and provide us updates from the buyer etc which you just do not get from high street agents your just another number to them but not with Luke. We had issues at the end of the sale with the buyers solicitors wanting extra certificates such as gas and electric which we thought would stop our completion which was scheduled a week before these requests were made! However, we need not worry as we had Luke who contacted and arranged for an electrician and gas engineer to come within a few days ensuring everything was in place and sorted on time. Had we had a normal high street agent I know we would have been super stressed and missed our completion date.Luke even came to give us a hand moving big objects on moving day and brought us some gifts a true personal experience.I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us. We never felt like just another sale or a number. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you do but having someone like Luke behind you supporting and guiding you though is the best decision you will ever make.

I would highly recommend Luke. We struggled to sell our house with a previous agent, and so decided to switch to Luke. A lot of effort was put into the marketing, including professional photos and a video of the property which generated a lot of interest, and we ended up completing on our sale around 3 months after instructing Luke. He was professional, always available and extremely proactive.
