I am greatly satisfied by their serviceHad replaced Water pump, Radiator and Timing belt. Was a costly affair but worth it.One month after the service, my radiator broke again. Since it was under warranty, they repaired it for free.I would blindly recommend cardoc for your repair

Great!I was greeted pleasantly on arrival, the work was completed faster than expected and I was contacted by phone to let me know when the car would be ready - why do so many other garages find this simple concept so difficult?To make things even better, on arrival for pick-up, I found that the car had been valeted - on the house. Made my day.Not cheap, probably could have hunted around and paid a bit less elsewhere, but a fair price for a really trouble free, professional and relaxing experience.How refreshing! I'll use this place again.

I left my car with Cardoc at the appointed time of 9.00pm for an MOT. I received a call at 9.45pm saying the MOT was complete. I consider that to be very efficient service.My car had passed the MOT but the mechanic noted a list of advisories which would probably need my attention in the near future. I appreciated the throughness with which these matters were listed.All in all, I thought it was an excellent level of service. I have been here at Cardoc twice from my previous car and my new car recently, for me their service is indeed phenomenal, their staff/crew are polite and ensuring their clients has been updated for the progress of their works on your car. Although it’s quite expensive but I am happy with their works /service provided. In two occasions, I have no issue nor concern at all on booking an appointment with them via phone. All in all I am recommending Cardoc if you have any issue on your car.

I normally go to the car dealer for the service and repair but was told there is minimum 3 weeks waiting time. I was worried whether I will find good and trustworthy place. Asked friends and neighbours around and was advised to try Cardoc.My car broke down yesterday, called Cardoc today in the morning, was asked to come straight in.They diagnosed the problem with my car and got it sorted out so quickly. I had my car back in a few hours.Excellent customer serviceHighly recommendWill be back :)

Fantastic experience. I needed an MOT in a hurry and these guys were more than happy to help. They squeezed me in at short notice. As a stranger to the area they pointed me in the direction of the nearest coffee shop to wait in whilst I waited for my car.Very prompt service, friendly and accommodating bunch, made a stressful situation far easier for me.

Excellent customer service. Very clear about what was involved & costs. Clear communication all the time. My car is now running better than ever. And it had a full wash & hoover before being returned to me. I will definitely go back.
