Superb efficient and friendly spring clean, many thanks

Really disappointing service from this business, stemming from the fact they don't allow enough time for a proper clean which stresses out their staff and they therefore don't attract the best cleaners to work for them. Also hugely overpriced. Stated minimum charge is £55 but for that we got 1 hour with 2 cleaners to clean a large 4 bed bungalow, which works out to a ridiculous £27.50 an hour! I wouldn't mind paying it if they did a halfway decent job, but when missed items were pointed out (ie debris all over a supposedly hoovered & mopped kitchen floor) to be told it was a hard floor to clean (it's standard tile) and they were late for their next job so I'd have to take it up with the manager... That was the final straw after giving them 4 chances. Real shame because initial contact with their management was good but they failed to deliver or adequately rectify issues.
