The salesman was friendly and helpful... until he'd made the sale. Then I reported the sunroof was leaking the next day and I was ignored. also the car wheel nut key was hidden between the back seats. The car works ok other than that. Will not be using click and collect again.

Beware of purchasing a vehicle here particularly dealing with Ian who I found as untrustworthy. Please do full valuation on ford Kuga CV61ZLM as it has AWD warning malfunction light issues which are intermittent and may involve a future bill of £1000 +

I wanted to leave this review for a good few months after buying a car just to see how the aftercare was as that’s just as important as the car itself.It can be so hard to find a reputable used car dealership but I can’t recommend Click and Collect cars enough. Any little thing that I’ve asked has been addressed straight away, they’re always at the end of the phone for any questions. Competitive prices, trustworthy place. Very impressed
