Just had my van cleaned"

Charged my wife £15 to clean" the outside only of her car and it is still dirty. We has to clean off bits of dirt when she got home. Rip off and poor service. Won't be using again. £15 to clean the outside of a Mini Countryman is robbery!! I know prices are going up but this is obscene."

Always hoped this despicable behaviour would be a one off but no such luck. Shocking place with racist attitude. The sulky rude man in charge made racist comments about a year ago when I pointed out that my car was not completely clean. Recently his boys have been quite rude, they done like to be told that car still needs some cleaning at places. I have tipped them too from time to time but they are ignorant and horrible. They can easily damage your car so don’t leave car with them without supervision. More rude and aggressive if a woman is on her own. The guys before them were extremely nice with great bespoke service at times. How is this disgusting, aggressive, rude, substandard scummy business allowed to run their shabby service? I felt threatened by the man in charge and was upset for hours later.

Mon 18/2/19 ...Went with a very small car early. I was the second car through after it opened. The guy washing my car looked so cross that he could have hit somebody! He dipped his sponge in to the soap suds and washed the car all over without putting it back in the bucket again. Not good!Went for service 2 including inside clean....he painted the tyres with what I can only assume was water as when I got home they were completely mat and dirty looking still!Also when I got home I noticed the rear of the car was still dirty ...the wheels still had dirt on them ...the inside of the windscreen was smeary....and there were patches of dirt all over the car where he hadn't washed it properly!!!Absolute rubbish! Staff miserable! ...had to do it again myselfWaste of moneyWill never use them again

I've just come back from the car wash. I've use this car wash regularly & have had the most horrific experience. I asked for a Service 1, £10 car wash, the guy said ok. Then after the handwash was complete, I gave him £10 & he said nooo it is £15 because you have a large car. I drive a Nissan Juke which is not considered a large car & the picture on their cash wash menu shows a larger 4×4 car which symbolises £15 which is not what my car is. I only had £10 cash & he said you need to leave something valuable & go & get the remaining £5. I had to give him my fitbit, I was shocked by his mannerism & he had no respect or understanding. So i had to drive around to find a cashpoint & gave them the remaining £5. Absolutely disgusting & horrified :( They call themselves 'Elite carwash' but there was nothing elite in their attitude. I will not be using this car wash again.

Friendly staff and they did a great job on my mums really filthy car. Highly recommended and thank you for so much for making my mums little car shine again

Cannot recommend.....Normally I'd clean the car myself - however it was a last minute decision to try these guys out to save time. More fool me as I ended up cleaning it again myself afterwards!Certainly isn't 'Elite' standard - hardly touched the front bumper and grill, they're still filthy! Number plate is still filthy, plus the windscreen to the side has a load of dirt wiped to the edge.

Nothing elite about this place. Was hoping the half-hearted poor clean the first time I used them a year ago was a one-off. Tried again this week, didn’t even clean large areas of the car. The owner had a poor attitude when I pointed out all dirty areas and then gave them one wipe with a dry cloth, removing no dirt. I bought the car home and cleaned it myself. Zero customer service, disinterested teens doing a poor job.
