Great service by the staff, and a pleasant experience overall.Two of the staff members were especially outstanding - Aaron P and Aaron B.They helped us find what we needed and went above and beyond their call of duty, with kindness and sincerity.The location of the shop is perfect for Epsom locals - strategically placed for easy access and quick purchases to supplies and hardware.

Exceptional standard of service from a group of staff who understand the customer experience. I have been buying from this store regularly over the past 6 months and the staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. Certainly one of the best branches I have visited.

We have been around many stores in the past 8 months for refurbishment of our house like Screwfix, Plumbing nation, Wix etc though this is the best store I have ever found. Very customer oriented, deep knowledge of the product and a very helpful crew. Would definitely recommend everyone around to use this store for their everyday needs.

I love this supplier but two times in two weeks I have queued and had to leave before being served as only 1 person attending to customers and my time allowed ran out! He was doing his best too, but some customers are slow and have lots of time to chat. There was another staff member who took around ten minutes to scan one item (maybe stock taking?), look puzzled and tap lots of keys on the keyboard but ignored the queue of customers. Old fashioned customer values need to be restored. Its a shame but I was in and out of Screwfix in less than 3 minutes following that!
