Replaced of 3sqm bathroom flooring (provided) and toilet (provided). On the first visit they arrived in a taxi (Azher 'business owner' said that their working van was in the garage), they forgot the 6mm plywood for the flooring so they have to reschedule the visit 3 days later. They came back in the taxi. It was confirmed that Azher was a taxi driver, so no van in the garage. Steven completed the flooring to a decent standard before Azher started installing the toilet. He did not have silicone, he asked me for silicone to fix the toilet cistern to the wall. He installed the toilet's lid totally off-set. He did not know how to screw the lid properly. He said the lid was offset because it was a manufacturer's defect. He left us with water inlet line leaking, missed bolts and sealing rubber washers installed incorrectly and leaking, toilet unbolted to the floor. Toilet's lid offset. After a few calls the next days, he never came back to fix anything. Charged £295 for 3 hrs. We have to call a 24/7 plumber to fix all. Azher is clueless he is not a trademan.

Avoid this company at all costs! Charge tradesmen prices for 1st year apprentice level skill (and that’s being generous). Took £2600 from me and never returned to finish my bathroom. Left me with a page full of snags, half the wall panels still to fit. Toilet soil pipe so badly fitted I had sewage pouring over my bathroom floor when flushed. Multiple leaks on the bath and shower plumbing, so much so it was leaking through my downstairs ceiling. Left me to fit and plum the sink myself. Stopped answering my calls and then eventually told me that Tower plumbing had liquidated… lies! Reported to trading standards, the police, and now going through small courts.
