If I could give O stars I would absolutely appalling Company and received terrible treatment and lies, these people let themselves inside my house and looked through all my letters my wife came home and witnessed this and then they put £778 on top of my bill in 20 mins wen I was going to pay.Stay well away from this company cowboys

Avatars pretending to be the good ones working for the courts!No work ethics,basically thugs!Came in to the front door,worked their way in.Didn't identify themselves with ID'S until asked.Got our car and house keys unnoticed.Couldn't admit they made a hugemistake by not asking our creditors that payment has been settled months before claims letter has been sent to the courts.Bandits, that's how I described them!Creditors won't give a full refund as half goes to this people.Lowest of the low.

I hired them to recover money from a judgement. Due to them being short staffed they went past the writ date and then recovered the money (I question the legality of this?) And that too they only did after I myself took them to small claims court. Now when they've recovered the money they have applied a mysterious admin charge even though they say no hidden costs 20 times on their website.THIEVES. do not hire them. You expect to have piece of mind recovering your money but instead you are expected to chase up the enforcement agents themselves. Pathetic company.

Absolute despicable company. Can't talk to each other and have tried very underhand scare tactics to get payments. Really can't wait to be done with this vile company.

Well, I have nothing but praise for this company. I am an honest hard working tradesman, and after completing a job the restaurant owner would just not pay me, promising he will give me a bit this month and some the next etc. I finally put a claim through the small claims court. Thankfully received a finding in my favour and was instructed to contact a law enforcement agency and was given this company as a good reference - and they did not let me down.The process was simple, I forwarded them the judgement in my favour and they did everything else, keeping me regularly updated. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with their professional approach to everything.I received a full run down via emails of what was happening. Then came the day they attended the premises to request the money or they would start pricing items in the property to seize.I received a full report of everything that went on and all the excuses and lies the man made, to only be proved wrong by the men in attendance.That night payment was made in full, the money I was owed, all the costs I has incurred reimbursed along with a bit of interest.I cannot tell you how pleased I am, not just because I got what I was owed, but also because of the professional way this whole process has been dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Waste of time. I paid the compliance fee on the beginning they visited my debtor" and claimed the new tenant showed a council letter to prove that the debtor not living there anymore ... I asked to put my case on hold because I requested from the court that call in my debtor to ask about his home but they closed my case "stated that my debtor has not live address" and billed me another 90£ abortive fee... I am not willing to pay for nothing twice."

These people are basically thugs, they entered the house without showing IDs and did not have warrant document. They harassed my disabled mother and my sister for debt they didn't owe. I had to ask for (IDs),The two supposed enforcement agents areMr G McRae and Mr D. Anglin.They were driving a black Ford with the registration number: MJ68DA0.These guys were threating my ill and disabled mother by telling her they'll take the house appliances, these two are true scum of the earth, legal action will be considered against these men and their (employer). My sister was forced to pay them £650 so they can leave the house.I can't believe this happens in London in 2022. What a lawless country the UK becoming.

Just issued legal proceedings against this company.1. Two of their cowboys that refused to give their names called at my house and pushed their way in while I was not home.2. They sent all correspondence to a different address with a different name and could not find me until it was time to collect the money.3. Despite numerous requests they did not provide any paperwork for the debt or any breakdown of any fees they charged.4. Charged over £1700 + 7.5% on top the original figure.5. COVID rules state they should have written to me at least 7 days before visiting to check if we were vulnerable or self isolating.5. Cowboy officers did not follow social distancing rules.6. Steeled the house and car keys while I was not there.7. Threatened to clamp vehicles on my drive which is illegal. (This was after I said I was willing to pay and the vehicles were not mine)Everything is recorder on video, I'm going to be their worst nightmare

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They did absolutely nothing, I am not exaggerating, I mean nothing. You end up paying to instruct them and then they wait weeks for time to pass on just calling in the debtor and then send you an invoice as they couldn’t collect the payment. So you end up paying £165 for them to do nothing, which is actually worse than the company that owes us money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURSUE ANY DEBT OWED TO YOU. There are other companies you can go to. Do not make the same mistake my wife and I made

I had a payment arrangements with Court Enforcement services to pay £50 per month for a £700 unscrupulous advertising debt incurred through Multimedia International. I was informed that monies were owing at 12.30 pm as apparently my payment arrangement had expired and I was supposed to pay £100 per month instead. I had not received any correspondences from them about this.At 3.30 pm I received a phone call from their enforcement officers informing me to meet them at my restaurant to settle the debt in full. I told them I would call them around 4.30 pm as I needed to get hold of the file first to which I was told he could not wait for so long and that they were going to force entry into my restaurant to seize the things there. So I said I will try to call them back by 4 pm.In the interim I called their payment number and paid off another £100 towards the outstanding.However long story short the officers acted in a high handed manner and started walking about outside my restaurant trying to pull the restaurant door open and prying into the restaurant and started calling me over and over on my phone threatening that the locksmith was coming any moment. He also told me that a debt of balance 400 had now escalated to £1800 & I had to pay that in full now.I am at this point getting legal advise for legal remedy and redress to this awful experience I had today. I was stopped from opening the restaurant today And could not run the business today due to the officer’s unlawful actions.It seems to me that the court Enforcement Services are above the law? They seem to act in a high handed manner with complete disregard to citizens of this country. I am totally appalled at their manner of operations.
