I Ordered my Fpace p400e hse back in March .Picked it up yesterday and all i can say is WOW.From the very first contact i made with the sales team right through to collection has been 5 Star .I live in North Wales and travelled all the way to Aberdeen to buy my car and would recommend where ever you live you wont regret it . Applied for a finance, was told within 24 hrs i would get answer, a week passed and nothing, Dealt with Jamie Blair who i have to say the mos unprofessional and extremely arrogant person, excuse my use of words but these are the nicest i could say… decided to cancel and not waste my time anymore.. reading some of bad revoews about people complaining about customer experience, I have to say avoid at all costs!!

Somewhat Disappointed!I have been a Jaguar brand follower for quite some time now and attempted to discard my previous negative observations of Jaguar Norwich when I lived there and used their operations...so, in order to maintain my current vehicle Service Log I made an appointment to have my Major Service at Peter Vardy Jaguar Aberdeen to the near tune of £600.The title used above indicates my disappointment which is supported by a number of attached images. In essence, a number of 'observations' were made with recommendations for follow up which I appreciate and expect when paying for this expert advice within the £600.00 costs. However, what I did not appreciate being informed of by my MOT garage three days after my Service was that the drivers side Front suspension spring had snapped some time previously, yet, the Service Report indicated the Suspension had been verified and no observations or recommendations were made. This finding is an MOT Failure element yet I had been driving the vehicle following the service. What was equally disappointing was that the vehicle did not even have to have the wheels off in order to find it so to an expert I would like to believe this was an easy observation.The spring obviously required changing and I tasked the MOT Garage with the work which was achieved. In respect to the numerous itemised elements of the Major Service list it did not fill me with confidence that these too had been achieved or addressed to the required standard...have the oils been changed?, have the filters been changed, are the recommendations made correct etc. I firstly called and spoke to the Service Manager who said he would follow up and return my call...I waited several days (6) but it never came. I then emailed Service Manager the photographs (attached) asking for an explanation...it was not responded to either so I visited the showroom and spoke to a senior Manager who attempted to assure me that this one item was an individual oversight he felt.If truth be told I shall look to getting any future Services undertaken elsewhere. My liking of the Jaguar brand has not changed but my confidence in getting 'quality for cost' has at this location based primarily upon the suspension spring omission and then the totally unnecessary lack of professional and courteous responses to phone calls, email and a follow up site visit.An avoidable loss of continued custom.

Just picked up our new F pace, just had to say very pleased with the sales team good price and a good deal, the hand over with the car was amazing and a lovely surprise with unveiling.Thank you very much

Bought an xf jaguar from here and loved it wish I hadn't sold it. I now drive a BMW and it's not the same. I've had 2 jaguars now an xj and xf. Just can't beat jaguars they are the best motors on the road. Great costumer service.
