Lifts Direct Limited
I have a lift installed by this company, it was commissioned 1/1/2022.It’s now June 7th and my lift has stopped working.This stuff happens…. But despite my emails and phone calls I can’t get a reservation.My lift has stopped working for a few days and I’d assume I’d get and engineer out to repair. They won’t even get back to be with a when date. I’m now forced to get a different company in and will have to send them the bill. Which based on my experience so far wouldn’t provoke a response. I can only see the small claims court being my only option.I wish I never used this company.Graham crees
