Really enjoyed visiting last week to collect 3 koi I had bought on their website. They have a great selection of healthy and superb quality koi instore covering all price ranges. The staff were very helpful and talked through the fish I'd picked and how they might develop. Will definitely be back for more fish soon. The new ones from Queni have settled in my pond great, so pleased with them.

Went here today with friends as it was highly recommended by my dad. Sells everything you could possibly need for keeping koi. Their fish are absolutely amazing, ranging from £20 - £7000. Was served by a young lad that was extremely friendly and couldn't of been more helpful. He answered all my questions and took his time to talk about each fish. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who was interested in Koi. Will definitely be going back.

I came in a couple of days ago to collect a fish I bought online and buy a couple of others. I was served by a young lad called dean. In an age where people seem to only criticise I wanted to pass on my praise. His customer service was exceptional as was his friendliness and advice as these were my first fish in a brand new pond. I always knew Queni koi were elite but after such good service it’s somehow managed to go up even higher in my estimation now. Went to koi a few koi’s when it wasn’t busy and employee took their time to help me find the exact fish I was looking for and also gave us a lot of information about the varieties while picking! Defo coming again

I’ve been going to Queni koi for a couple of years now staff are very helpful if you need anything there fish are top notch there stock is not the biggest so if you need any thing i suggest you give them a call first
