They seem very kind and helpful. But it does take 5 times as long as it should with this company.Not sure why? Possibly saving your cargo up to send on a later date then blaming covid or cargo companies for the delay.

They originally said the cargo to Pakistan would take 8 weeks. Then when they took it from us they said 8-10 weeks. Then later they said 10-12 weeks. And today, as it’s been 15 weeks, they are saying it will be a further 2 weeks.17 weeks is ridiculous. No apology received whatsoever. No effort in compensating us either or admitting that they need to improve their service.Thanks for nothing. Won’t ever use them again.
