I had a very bad experience recently while working with them. I went for 2 viewings of them, then I filled the application with all necessary details as advised. They keep telling that they will get back soon after the land lord give an answer. After two weeks, they told that the house was given to another one. They won't tell you what the house owner looking for such as any offers or any documents. I was waiting for two weeks. They are very unresponsive. Very disappointed by working with them.

Lightning Estates Ltd are compassionate, professional and thoughtful estate company. The renting process was smooth and without any delays. The keys were given to me on time to allow me move in. While I was at the property, all my calls for repairs/maintenance were timely answered. They are simply fantastic.

Time waster. Arranged viewing got told if we’re to want the flat would need to pay £120 holding fee which we had there and then and the other £900 odd when signing up and had guarantor well we went to this so called viewing to be fobbed off told don’t need the £120 all of a sudden and need to fill a form in online to the viewing was a waste of time because he just fobbed us off then when leaving did the form and got blanked since and completely ignored absolutely disgusting treating people like this!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE!!

I viewed and moved into my new property within one week thanks to Lightning Estate Ltd and Yossi their staff. That's a speed hard to beat in the real estate market. On Top of that, communication was second to none.As for documentation, Lightning Estate Ltd are flexible as they try to explore all options to make the let easy for the new tenant.I am actually amazed at how they leverage technology to achieve a top notch service level and reduce carbon footprint. They are paperless.If I have to let again, I will look no further than Lightning Estate Ltd. I highly recommend them.
