Just discovered this place. Took my Felt in for minor adjustments and my winter bike in for a service. Very impressed by the guys. Very professional and knowlegable. Listened to my requirements and noted it all down on the computer. Offered good advice, picked up things that I had missed. and were very friendly. I shall be back for sure.

My bike repeatedly kept puncturing, so i brought it in, and they redid the tubes. Unfortunately, another thorn and puncture happened within a week and went back. They did me new tubes, tires, and tire lining all for the price of just the tires and labour as I'd paid before for tubes and labour. So grateful and great customer service too helping lift bike out of shop. Great work!

Another great service. We buy a lot of bikes and kit from Climb On and so I would always recommend them, but just thought I'd also post that their bike fitting and setting up service is also exceptional. In this instance, John set me up on my new mtb and explained everything as he did it. Very good, very friendly, very professional.

I don’t do reviews but feel compelled in this case. Bought 2 Motus e bikes and one had a problem. The team went over and above to rectify this with haste.The customer service, understanding and speed of response were all exceptional.Customer service-above and beyond what we now accept as normal in this day and age.Understanding- true empathy with us, the customer.Speed- all resolved in a few days (after sending components to Shimano).Special thanks to all the team but PARTICULARLY Sam who sold us the bikes and saw the process through. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️yes 6 stars

I drove all the way from Leicester to pick up a bike and have a look at the shop, and I could not be happier.The customer service from the second I walked in to when I left was the best I have ever experienced, anywhere. Even when the shop was busy the team made you feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure the other customers and I were happy.I had a full demonstration on how things work on my bike and the guys at the shop really know their stuff. Any questions I had were answered and explained clearly.The only downside I have is that I wish the shop was closer to me, as I would be in there every weekend.Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Recently purchased my sons new bike from here, very helpful staff both on the phone before we visited and in store. Amazing fast turn around on getting the new bike ready for us. Jon the salesman was very knowledgable and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Took the time to set the new bike up so it was just right.Easy to find and parking outside which was a help, Jon even took the time to take the bike to our car and helped load it in offering handy advise and tips all the way.I would definitely recommend and purchase again from them.

Went in to get some advice about choosing a new bike, and was helped by Alex - he was absolutely brilliant in helping me to find the perfect mountain bike and the extra bits that I wanted to go with it. Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful, he is a real credit to the business. I’ve always found it a positive experience visiting the shop as all of the staff there really know their stuff, and are very welcoming. This is 100% the only bike shop that I’ll be using from now on!
