Normally excellent service but today went to buy an Iphone 11 for my mother inlaw and the tall ginger girl was very patronising scarcastic condescending and basically rude. So I just walked out and spent £380 in the shop next door on a better phone. LOST A CUSTOMER AND A SALE DUE TO ABAD ATTITUDE

The manager order me in a camera lens from another shop after having difficulty with the phone app. The item was in the shop as expected a week later at no extra cost. The staff gave top notch customer service, couldn't be more happier

Never seemed to have money in the till, always wanted to do a bank transfer even for 20 quid. I get They're struggling with the pink planet but get more money in tills

Contrary to other recent reviews this shop has the most helpful and respectful staff. I previously worked at a CeX and disrespectful/rude customers who ignore policy and personally and verbally berate staff make this difficult job so much worse. For customers who think they know best, you don't. Let the staff do their job and help you.

The last few times we went, we had a fine experience however there were a few issues... We had some disney infinty charaters that we could sell according to the website but they would not accept in store. We then sell a phone and they said they needed to test and they said that sim card not working so we went into EE and tested it and... It worked. Disappointed...

Always a good place to take your extra DVD comic books I like the shop the staff are helpful

Fab place. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Took some things in and came back after they were checked. Plenty inside the store. Parking available but charges apply.
