National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

This is my second visit to this branch, firstly for two new tyres and now for a MOT, I've received consistent excellent service on both occasions. The guys do a great job, in a friendly, polite and professional manner. When I receive good customer service like this, it's the least I can do, as to leave good feedback, Thank you Ben & Team, I shall continue to bring my car to the Grantham Branch for all my motoring needs.

Went for two new tyres when I arrived said have to book and only one tyre fitter working tracking machine was not working so went some were else

I had an emergency, I arrived at them, I asked them to remove the screw from my tire or I forgot it and they said to come tomorrow, I asked them how to come tomorrow if the tire deflates...they said that they don't want to today, that they have appointments but they had no one. I do not recommend

Excellent bunch of guys. No fuss, no mucking about. I'm in the motor trade so knew they weren't talking rubbish.Considerably cheaper than the previous company I used.

Had my tracking done at the Grantham branch using a half price offer from their website.Dropped my car off and told to come back in half a hour. On my return it seemed to me that I got a pay me and go attitude … no print out of before and after like other places I've been? So I asked what they did. I was told one side needed adjusting and the thing was pretty much seized but they got it adjusted and its not been done for a while. I also queried the price as online it says front tracking is £30 so I was expecting to pay £15 but was charged £16 as apparently the offer is on the walk in price £32 .. saving is a saving but might be worth putting the walk in price on the website.Every member of staff in the building I could see were in the reception office and I just got the vibe everyone was miserable. Customer service could be improved even if its a fake, even for people who don't spend much It shouldn't make a difference as I could be a returning customer when I need tyres, etc but I wont be.The steering wheel Isn't straight but as I only popped in as I was running a errand in Grantham I cant justify making a journey back just for that in what's happening in the world and tbf I'll rather take it else where with a print out.

Helpful staff on short notice, but expensive now part of Halfords, another lady in there complaining about halfords over the road that wouldn't help her....

Attended today as a pothole damaged my alloy and cracked the tyre. The two gentlemen were really busy due to absences but went out their way to accomodate me so i could get back on the road. They arranged for my alloy to be fixed at short notice with a local dealer. I would highly recommend national tyre. Excellent customer service, informed me of an accuratw waiting time so met my expectations.

Website easy to navigate and had some good offers. Booked and paid online with ease. Dropped off at my appointment time, got all 4 tyres changed and tracking done in 1hr 45 mins despite reduced staff. Very good service and staff members are nice

booked in to have 2 new tyres, staff were really friendly and helpful, they even sorted out a seized on valve cap that was on a completely different wheel to the ones i was getting replaced. would absolutely recommend :)

No complaints about the service. But was also quoted £1600 for additional work that was “needed”. Timing belt and water pump … not needed according to manufacturer’s recommended interval. Brake pads and discs … another garage refused to replace them as they’re “like new”. Fuel filter did need replacing, for £70. Won’t be going here again.
