I honestly could not recommend Newton & Co enough! From the initial viewing on a property over 12 months ago, to when I handed the keys back this week, they could not help enough! Nothing was ever an issue and they were more than happy to help, Especially Ashley, who I had majority of my interactions with! They really are such a fantastic company to deal with and as I mentioned to Ashley if I could have stayed with them I would have!Anyone thinking of selling or renting should definitely speak to these guys!

Excellent service from Newton & Co selling our house in Bolton. Right at the start, we were able to discuss with Sam Newton our requirements and strategy for selling our home and his evaluation and advice was thoughtful and very accurate. Marketing, including excellent photography, was impressive.For most of the selling process, we were in the very capable hands of Caleb who took the process through to a successful conclusion. Caleb was always helpful, professional and - very importantly - was always readily available for advice whenever required. He was clearly prepared to ‘go the extra mile’ to make things happen. He worked particularly hard in the final stages of selling to get the deal ‘over the line’, liaising closely with solicitors and other estate agents.Overall, Newton & Co provided a superb service and my wife and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending them.

From start to finish I can not fault this estate agent. Respectful, supportive and courteous throughout this stressful time. Caleb and Danielle followed up every query constantly probing for information right to the end. I am eternally thankful.

Very pleased with the service from Newton & Co. We had virtually no viewers with a previous estate agent. Once we shifted to Newton & Co, we had much better photographs, and the interior design advice was fantastic. We soon had offers. We felt supported through some tricky negotiations and have finally completed today. Would strongly recommend.

Made an offer on a house on Tuesday afternoon but didn’t hear anything back. On Wednesday I gave them a call myself to see if the offer had been accepted or not. I was informed by Ashley that there had been multiple offers made on the property and these are with the vendor to consider, and once he had heard back they would let me know and if needed we would be able to increase our offer if we wanted to. Ashley did also mention that in the mean time I could send them our ID’s, proof of funds, mortgage offer etc but this was not mandatory. By Thursday I still heard nothing. On Friday lunch time I call again to chase up and told I would get a call back. Nothing again so I call at 4.30pm only to be informed that sorry the vendor had decided to proceed with a higher offer??? Not only did they not advise us another offer had been accepted but we were not given the opportunity to increase our offer! When I questioned Caleb about this I was informed that the vendor required all documentation previously stated above was needed by 5pm Thursday?! Again, we were not informed of this and was actually told this was not necessary until the offer was accepted! I am left speechless by the whole situation and the total lack of communication is unacceptable. I would have accepted this whole saga if they’d just kept us in the loop. Other agencies that I’ve dealt with have rung me everyday to update me with the progress. Not happy with this service at all.

Would highly recommend Newton & Co, and in particular Caleb has been absolutely fantastic from the start. From the initial viewing, Caleb had good knowledge of the property and any queries were answered appropriately. Throughout the buying process his communication was fantastic, his responses were prompt and nothing was too much trouble. As a first time buyer, it can be a daunting time but Caleb kept me fully updated within the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thank you so much again!
