Honestly please do not let your insurance send your vehicle to these thieves. A whole week of not being able to go to work waiting for these absolute morons to return MY vehicle. I ask to collect it they say I can’t! And now I’m hearing about how they strips these vehicles down to sell the parts and return them with missing parts! And in even worse condition than they received it in! And that’s to those who actually got theirs back! 7 days later I still don’t have mine, nor an explanation as to why. Seriously refuse your insurers and request they send it somewhere else due to copart bristol having the most dodgy centre in the UK! They’re all obviously brain dead.

Honestly they don’t deserve one star. Had a driver turn up to collect our van on behalf of of BMS Salvage and the battery had died, the guy went to go get some equipment to bump the battery but I knew the knack to bump it and then he turned around to me and made a derogatory comment “Your just a women what do you know”….well I stepped back in the 1950’s I guess I gave him that one for free. Then arranged to pick it up another 4 different occasions. Well they didn’t show up for any of those they put a load of notes on the file which were all lie’s considering they hadn’t even bothered to show up. I have taken 5 days off now as a self employed person I don’t get holidays nor do I get paid for time taken off so all in all copart Bristol has cost me £750.00 which when you have bills and high rent to pay it’s a considerable amount really. I’ve had to rearrange all my work around this, get neighbours to move their cars to make their jobs easier. I didn’t pick the phone up to them once because I was at work in a client meeting and they called BMS Salvage say I kept hanging up on them, No I’m just sick of them cancelling and at this point have given up and have no trust in a good service or them hold up their side of the deal.

They are fraudulent company. Avoid!! Descriptions about condition of the cars they sell is completely wrong and misleading.also They do online auction but you can't see who is really increasing the price. Avoid avoid avoid

Bought a vehicle from a Bristol Copart auction a few days ago. I booked delivery and received a text from Copart saying delivery is confirmed for next working day between 07.00 and 18.00 and the delivery driver would call when they were on the way! Fast forward to the “next working day” and when the car hadn’t been delivered by mid afternoon, I called Copart Bristol and their representative confirmed that the car was definitely out for delivery today!The car wasn’t deliver on “the next working day” and no call from the delivery driver or Copart Bristol to explain why the no show. I am sure that Copart will be refunding the full delivery cost to compensate for lost income and wasted time.

Well done to you for NOT collecting a damaged vehicle from the Stradey Park Hotel in Llanelli. We as protesters of our hotel being used to house 241 illegal & unvetted migrants . Thank you for your support by refusing to enter.

Absolutely useless, waiting on a cheque for my car that was written off. Get passed around to 5 departments as no one knows what they are doing to be told the finance isn't paid off when it was paid off a week ago. Also a cheque? How stupidly old fashioned and out of date is this company? Stay well clear

Had a reasonably ok experience at Copart Bristol. Staff helped me to mark myself as arrived and the help with the ratchet straps when loading my car was invaluable. I think more could be offered for customers - a vending machine or coffee machine would have been nice to have - although I was given a glass of water. The toilet there was also a little bit unpleasant. Had two phone conversations with staff there also - one was fine and the other a bit rude. I can see why reviews aren't good but my experience was decent. Thanks

I took a day off work to receive my car delivery today and it didnt turn up! I received a text from copart yesteday saying it would be delivered the next working day. Then I had a text today saying your delivery driver is on the way, please ensure someone is there to accept delivery. Absolute joke and a waste of my time. thanks copart bristol

I can't comment on other people's experiences. Copart assessed our what turned out to be a cat S wrecked car. Promptly recommended a figure to insurers and now back on the road inside two weeks. Phone conversations civil and productive. ....
