Many thanks to Craig Wilson (Hamilton club) for his energy and motivation during the morning class. I was full of energy and ready for my work by the end of my visit. Also thank you, Craig, for taking your time and showing me the right technique how to use the Smith Machine: “wow” I feel like a pro now :)

Great gym! As someone who is new to the gym there was lots of exercise equipment to get used too. I took some sessions with Matthew at this gym and he was very helpful showing me the gym and pushing me to my full potential, without feeling uncomfortable with what I was doing. I highly recommend checking out this gym!

Drove a long-time to get there, applied to pay for a Day Pass at the Entrance/Exit of the gym and twice their system would not accept my card payment - albeit I discovered that a Day Passes expires after 20:00pm -Why do they not mention this on their website, and neither is there any notification when paying for a Day Pass, nor is there anything posted at the Entrance/Exit of the gym -there were no instructors nor any staff inside the gym, that I could see, who I could ask for help - not even a contact number.Absolutely shocking and extremely disappointing.

Needs more power racks ,deadlift platforms 2 are not enough also more people are joining than the gym can take making it busy at all times ,especially when the let's use our phones between set for 10minutes brigade are in ,will tolerate a bit longer until I leave

Great gym, been coming for a year now and it's all thanks to Mathew Pippard, I have never came consistently to a gym before I usually drop out after a few months but when I feel ready to give up Mathew is there with fantastic support and tips to help me stay focused on the longer term goals and benefits. He's helpful in every way and my mobility has increased 10 fold thanks to his easy to follow program and support. Definitely will keep coming to this friendly well run gym as long as Mathew is there.

Gym itself is fine, the newest manager is lazy and unprofessional. Watches me whilst I work out with my PT, then sits in the office on his phone. Never takes classes either. Poor show from a manger. Rest of staff are top notch

The gym has good equipment. The members and staff are all friendly and easy going. Darren is always good for advice and there if I need a spot. Gillian will go out her way to have a conversation, both of them make the experience in the gym better and more enjoyable

I have been a member of The Gym for years now and the main reason I have stayed at this gym is due to the staff, in particular Darren. Whilst all the staff generally are friendly and helpful, Darren does that little bit extra and always makes sure everyone is comfortable in the gym and helps and gives advice where wanted, to all members and not just his own clients. In my experience, he’s the best PT there and also a great manager for that gym. The gym is also clean and tidy.

Lots of machines, and never an issue to use anything, anytime I have been. Always nice and clean too. The apps good for an idea of how busy it is before you head for a work out .
