Had a 12 inch android screen retrofit installed on my GLC, amazing service from start to finish and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for apple car play/android auto plus the benefits of a much larger and wider screen and a sleek and modern looking interface. Will have this done again without a doubt when I change cars ☺️

Had my car vents fitted and some coding carried out for the ambient lighting by Mbcoders back in June for my e class.I’m happy with the vents, however I wouldn’t say their work is the cleanest. Standing on the door sill without putting any protection on is a big no no for me, not using any protection for seats etc.. once work was carried out I had to give the car a full clean and remove these marks my self.Had a lot of issues with the coding itself, as it is done remotely, I only found this out once I was there having it done. The first coder decided to run off half way through coding, I ended up staying there till around 11:30pm due to coding issues bearing in mind I had got there for 5pm that day! The car was finally complete however ambient lighting wasn’t a 100%.Spoke to Zain the next day as there were some issues with the lighting and asked for it to reverted back to how it was before due to this. ( I was told everything would be backed up prior to the coding but that wasn’t the case ) I was told that only half of the money could be refunded as the coding wasn’t done by themselves however I had to travel up from Leicester. Noticed the next day that the ambient lighting hadn’t been put back correctly on the centre console ( this was confirmed when I took the car back ) so I would’ve had to go back anyway.They weren’t able to put the cars old software back on because apparently that can’t be done but the ambient lights were reverted back to how it was ( well was supposed to be ) however I’m still having many issues with this and now they don’t seem to have a fix for me, I was told to wait a few weeks till they could find a fix however nothing.. And the responses haven’t been very great or re assuring.. before placing the order they seemed great and very helpful and quick with their responses but now have stopped getting replies so will now end up having to pay the dealer to look into it and get this sorted at my own expense.

He walked me through the setup process showing all the customisation options available giving my car an enhanced aesthetic.Will definitely be going back to get my LEDs done.

Contacted them after I changed my ESP module on a E350 and needed coding.He was able to acomodate on the same day which was on a Sunday evening and recoded the esp, scanned and reprogrammed other modules in the same price pretty much. He definitely knows what he is doing and can't recommend Zain enough.Definitely will use them again rather than main dealer.

They are amazing! They looked after my car in pristine condition! It took them 4 hours to code my lighting on my EClass. I went shopping and came back to the car even been sanitised (due covid). The customer service was perfect, they kept me updated to everything they are doing and did once I picked up. Would really recommend to anyone with a Mercedes if they want anything done! Definitely will go back to get my screen done!
