Lilly's Nails

I went to Lilly's Nails on recommendation as I was flying out to the Caribbean the following day for a wedding and asked for SNS Dipping gel. Not only was the person who did my nails rude (I believe her name was Amy), whenever I asked her questions about the gel colour (as I had never had it done before), she muttered under her breath and then spoke to her colleagues in her language, clearly quite annoyed that I dared to ask a question. Now I can put up with rudeness, if the job at hand is very good, but I have to say my nails were APPALLING. The top coat of the nail varnish started peeling off on Day 2, and by today, which is Day 7 the nail varnish has chipped pretty badly and I have had to get them redone the evening before the wedding. I have been coming to Lilly´s nails for a while now and I won´t come back. I had a bad" experience in the past but decided to give them a second chance but not anymore. I didn´t like the treat

Love this nail salon - they do a fabulous job and they're really quick, the prices are very reasonable too .

Very clean nail salon. Great selection of colours. Nail techs were smiling and carried out the pedicure to perfection! Was served delicious coffee whilst sitting on a massage chair, felt truly spoilt & worth every penny! Thanks for a great service, will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid with my mum who started getting her nails done at Lilly’s 20 years ago. I’ve been getting my nails done here since I was a teen, and everything is perfect: Maya, Kevin, and Ny are all fantastic w/ acrylic & shellac manis & pedis. Maya does amazing nail art & is always super helpful & kind. The team are awesome @ accommodating bookings & changes; they have a good colour selection; and the prices are great for London. Recommend!! ♥️

My daughter had her first pedicure a few weeks back and now has 2 ingrown toenails as a result. The person who did the pedicure cleaned cuticles and cut bits of nail too deep into the nail bed and that has now resulted in 2 painful infected ingrown toenails which we now have to see a podiatrist for as home treatments has not worked for the past 2 weeks

I have been coming to Lilly’s for over 22 years and I am always so happy with my nails, so much so that I still come here even after moving to Victoria! I would never go anywhere else and cannot recommend them enough! Maya and the team are so helpful and friendly and always give the best advice on my nails! I always leave feeling so glamorous! very unprofessional. i’ve been here twice, first time they did a good job but when i went yesterday the lady rushed the whole time and wasn’t very careful. while my nails were drying she checks them and says they are dry and i can leave so i do. i do admit i should’ve been more careful but i smudged three nails so i go back to ask to get them repainted. she kissed her teeth and again was rushing, i was genuinely sorry to be taking up more of her time so i only asked her to redo two of the nails instead of three but she completely messed up one of the nails, looking even worse than the original. i asked for almond shaped nails and she took it literally as you can see in the picture. the place and other workers seem better, i just think she needs to change her customer service and not rush because this results in a poor reflection of the shop.

Maia and Anna did an amazing job at airbrushing my nails to visualise a sunset. Highly recommend, been coming here for years. Great place
