So easy to deal with. Checked value online and booked an appointment for the next day. Directions were easy to follow and the check in process was simple. Didn’t quite get the value quoted but near enough - they do look for scratches and these do come off the price even though I felt they were very slight. Having said that I was very happy with the price and the process really was simple and quick.

WBAC representative Stuart provided an easy and relaxed service. He explained the company rules on valuing the cars. The value he put on my car was a fair reflection of it's condition and I accepted it. At no time was there any hint of sales pressure, just a reminder that I was under no obligation to accept their offer. I suppose I could have got a couple of hundred more by selling it privately however I found the hassle free experience of not having to deal with time wasting tyre kickers was more than worth it. If asked, I will recommend this company.

Quick service fairly accurate online quote, however this should be given as a range in my opinion, rather than an absolute figure. The service was quick and friendly, as was the payment. Be aware they don't pay you for the petrol in the tank, so don't fill up.
