Parts department is absolutely appalling went there over 2 weeks ago to all the parts still nothing arrived Phones in to see what is going on They haven't even ordered them in Was so much nicer and better when it was Lister Wilder

Windsor and maidenhead young farmers had a tour there last night and thay made a big effort to make us feel welcom.the most interesting bit was there spair parts department and how easy it is to get parts within 24 hours from manufacturers and from all the other 18 branches of Chandlers covering a third of the uk.

I heard from one of fitters that Kimberly is a right goer. I've had issues with parts department as well I'd say they're useless
