This is the famous company and they have the office in Leeds. There must have a perfect working environment for their employees. But I don’t know why their product development technologist has to use professional baking machines in the flat every single midnight! Especially also running those machines at weekends night.After an exhausting day when you try to sleep, the machine noise starts boom boom, humming or like blender, even though the technologist put mat on the floor, but you still can hear her footsteps and machine noise.Regarding work health and safety, they shouldn’t allow employees to work from home, especially disturbing neighbors in every single midnight and weekends, which is quite unethical. Do you think the food they develop is safe or hygienic?
