Paying by card? Machines are a little faulty - press + button, insert card and screen will go blank - press the plus sign (with card still inserted) and the screen will now come back with time selection

Awesome carpark with clean toilets and showers. Lovely view. We parked here with a small campervan before getting the ferry to Skye.

Perfect location for us and the motorhome for an overnight before taking the ferry to Skye the next morning. Small town is also within 10mins for food and groceries. My advice is if you have a campervan or motorhome, please arrive with grey water cleared, drinking water filled, brown waste cleared, leisure battery charged. There’s no plug-in and every facilities is paid to use here.

Not possible to park/camp at this car park as it is just that! All marked out for cars that Motorhomes will not fit into! Yes, looks like new facilities have been added - toilets and showers etc. but useless if you can’t park there - I don’t get it, we rocked up today - full of cars! If we had squeezed into a parking spot the cars either side would not have been able to get in their cars. Not sure what the council are providing?Luckily plenty of space in the long lay-by heading out of town to park ready for the morning ferry.
