I recently got married. I purchased my dress from the wedding company and also my bridesmaids dresses. I had the best and memorable time there. Everyone was helpful and amazing. Kelly,Sophie and the team were professional. Would definitely recommend the wedding co.pany. I have just recently taken my dress back there to be dry cleaned.

Absolutely fantastic service here. My daughter found her 4 bridesmaids dresses and the staff were really friendly,professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.Special thanks to Hayley. The shop where my daughter bought her wedding dress has now told us that they are closing earlier than they first told us.This meant that we had to take possession of the dress in March and store it until the wedding in October. The Wedding Company has agreed to store her dress with the bridesmaids dresses until we need them .I consider this above and beyond the call of duty!Highly recommended.

Our daughter had the best experience possible at the Wedding Company when searching for her all-important prom dress! The staff were so so helpful, and attentive - encouraging her to try different styles and so patient with her too.Pleased to say she found the perfect dress and was over-the-moon.From start to finish the staff were excellent in talking us through ordering process, any possible alterations, and they have a brilliant system of ensuring no-one gets the same dress in a school.For us, the thing that set them apart from other prom dress shops was the wide range of sizes and most importantly - budget! They showed us so many options in our price range, and ensured we had the perfect dress for us - rather than the most expensive one!I really can’t recommend the wedding company enough - they made my daughter feel so special, and the experience was excellent.We’ve recently picked up the dress - it’s perfect, and fitted like a dream (kudos for their measuring skills!). The after care is amazing & the dress is safe in its special protective bag.Thank you Kelly & team!

Absolutely deserve 5 stars. My daughter didn't purchase dresses from them. We had an appalling experience from another bridal company by the dockyard. The Wedding Company stepped up to make sure my daughter's day was special in providing steaming of them all and assurance. That's all we could have wished for. The Groomsroom were perfect. We created a little messing around for them but nothing was too much trouble. Good customer service seems to be in very short supply these days but not in this case. I can't thankyou all enough. Aimee's day was perfect. Xx

We went into the The Wedding Company last week to look at prom dresses and had a great time - Imogen was so knowledgeable and helpful. They were really busy but still took the time to help us. The range was great and I loved their specific prom room. Can't wait to go back again for my daughters fitting.

Sophie! The best experience ever. What a lovely, kind and welcoming person. She put my doubts of bridal shops to bed. I was so happy and content here. I found my absolute dream dress (and I’m super fussy!). Sophie explained the process perfectly, was interested and kind. She gave me so many compliments and it was like having my best friend there! Can’t recommend enough!
