Very good service! When I was desperated for help I finally found somebody that can help me. I am really grateful and I do recommend this clinic.

I never write reviews but I am incensed by this organisation. I had an appointment booked for a colonic today and phoned an hour before to double check what time I needed to be there. They said my appointment is cancelled because the lady has left the organisation. They offered me another appointment this evening with a man which I would not feel comfortable with and could not make anyway. When I told them this is unacceptable, the lady on the phone talked about how awful the lady is who's left and that she didn't even bother cancelling her appointments. The owner said there's no way he'll offer a discount but maybe I could get an apology letter from the lady who's left. I've been preparing for this for weeks as part of a kidney, live and gallbladder cleanse. How an organisation can have such a lack of consideration for their clients' health and wellbeing and still get business I don't know. Of course, mistakes happen and that's fine but it is then the organisation's responsibility to make amends, with thoughtful customer service, rather than blaming and bad-mouthing other members of staff and the owner and sharing their internal politics on the phone with customers. I will never go to this organisation and I will recommend the same to friends. On the plus side, I spoke with another clinic where the lady was fully understanding of the importance of timing for this treatment when doing a cleanse and instantly I got the feeling that she cares. The contrast between her and Pain Clinic International was all I needed to feel grateful that I didn't put my health in their hands and be reminded that these things happen for a reason.

Friendly staff and amazing treatment. Got hit by a car in 2010 have suffered with back pain ever since. Following my treatment I feel 100% better, this will be my 1st pain free Christmas in 11 years thanks to the pain Clinic. Thank you so so much.

My partner booked me in for treatment as I suffer with neck problems and tension headaches just as a way to relax. I didn’t realise how bad my posture was and I ended up having acupuncture! I am feeling super happy and relaxed now so it was a pleasant surprise ! Friendly and warm staff so thank you very much. I will be back!

Anthony and his team have been a life saver! After going to various medical professionals and leaving without answers or results, coming here was a breath of fresh air.Receptionist is very friendly and warm. Anthony is very acknowldgeable, he knows what he's doing and makes you feel reassured.I have regained quality of life and most importantly hope. After a very difficult year struggling with pain they were the light at the end of the tunnel for me.Shame I now have moved quite far but as soon as I get a car I will be coming back for moore.Thank you PCI!

I have received treatment from both Tony and Sherean over the last 3 years. Firstly i had treatment with Tony for a shoulder injury, he helped from the very first treatment, resetting my bone alignment and starting me on a course of treatment which gave me my lost shoulder mobility back after a period of time.Since then as a runner, i have used the massage services of Sherean to deal with any running related issues when they arise, as well as having regular maintenance sports massages. Sherean is a whizz at fixing whatever muscular and skeletal issues i am having at the time. A kind caring person with fingers of steel, i enjoy the massages as well as the chats, even when she is kneading my tight calves.i have recommended both Tony and Sherean to many friends and family and would do to anyone with any kind of sports or bodily issues. if you have any kind of problems, then why not give them a try to see if they can help.

I've been getting treatment from Tony for over 6 years now. I trust him with my life. Always effective from the first treatment, and super knowledgeable.I nicknamed him a 'a body engineer' and he agrees.I went to him initially for severe pelvic pain that was misdiagnosed twice by my local GP surgery. In less than 5min he told me what it was, then it took him 10 more min to fix it, the rest was acupuncture to help with muscle regeneration.Yes, you have to pay for it, but the price is a lot less than the pain you have to put up with.Today I treated myself to a cleansing treatment with Sherean, Tony's daughter who is definitely following in her dad's footsteps.

I booked the deep issue massage for one hour and really enjoyed this experience. Everyone here is quite professional and friendly.

My first appointment was very pleasant good customer service good the practitioner is very friendly and helpful she also enlighten me more about my guts health. I was recommended by my mum who had seen both Anthony and Sherean for treatments.I'll rave on here as I do to anyone I've spoken to about the clinic; amazing! The greetings from the reception team and the professionalism is outstanding - accommodating and knowledgeable. And the skills and knowledge Anthony has and provides is next-level. I have certain people I feel are oracles in their profession and Anthony is one of these.Highly recommended. Even living 2 hours away doesn't stop me booking in every few months for treatments :)
