A nice clean, light and modern unit. Staff seem great too - good customer service provided and the drink was well made too.

This starbucks used to be much friendly place even though its always dirty. I went there for simple black coffee ,staff name EMILY was rude to her own staff and had worst behaviour with me. She even messed up with my drink and didnt apologies for what she did . She threw my coffee down after having said it was a wrongly done orderI wish she learn from old staff.Very much disappointed!!

Lovely little Starbucks.Staff are really friendlyOnly bug I have is if its a babychino/kids foam don't make it so hot. It has Kid in the name shouldn't be boiling hot

The atmosphere in this store, as is the case with most Starbucks now is dreadful. Uncomfortable seating in wooden school chairs, echoes all around, most uncomfortable. The staff were great and efficient. Food and drinks are overpriced as are all coffee establishments these days. The store is uncomfortable and not somewhere to relax and enjoy a coffee.

I cannot praise the team at Starbucks Winchester highly enough. They are ALWAYS so incredibly friendly, remember my order every day, always smiling, the service from the team is outstanding.Ellie-Mae, Laura, Katie, Jack, Sam.... the list is endless as they are all amazing. THANK YOU.You brighten my day not only with a GREAT coffee, but your warmth and glowing personalities.Oh and it goes without saying................ the coffee is flippin lovely.

Good quality drinks but the shop was so dirty! There was 4 people working there and it was quite quiet but every single table had dirty cups on them and as it got busy, the more dirty cups were left around. It is unacceptable.

Just popped in for a coffee on a chilly day. Ordered a cappuccino and a black coffee and I have to say it's the worst coffee I've ever had. Really no flavour to it, paid a premium price for a poor coffee.
