We had the pleasure of booking our family Ummrah trip with Omar Raza at Baitullah Travel. Omar was super professional from the outset and booked the trip as per our requirements and used his vast experience to guide us through the process. He provided helpful tips which made it easy for us to complete our Ummrah. This was the third time my family was booking through Omar Raza but it was my first trip. Omar took the time to guide us through the process, provided detailed information in relation to the transfers from airports as well as the the Ziyarats. The transport company responsible for our travel in Saudi Arabia was great. The hotels were amazing and very convenient. I have recommend other family and friends to use Omar Raza at Baitullah Travel for their Hajj and Ummrah package booking. True professionals and they go far and beyond to help. A trip of a lifetime. SCAMMERS!!! THIEVES!!! AVOID!!!Robbing people in the name of umrah. Nothing more despicable than that in my eyes.I booked and paid a deposit back in May for a November 2023 umrah package.I then cleared the outstanding amount in October.But no sign of any paperwork. No visa. No flight tickets. No confirmation of hotel reservations.I rang the office daily every day during the last two weeks in the run up to the potential flight date, but they wouldn’t e-mail me any documents.I asked to speak to the manager, Omar. But he wouldn’t take my call. And his team wouldn’t give me his direct number.I explained I’d booked this umrah as I’d been very poorly. And I wanted to make this spiritual journey as it is hard to know what the future holds. But all of this pleading fell on deaf ears.They make themselves out to be legit by asking for a small deposit by credit card. But when it came to the large amount they asked for a bank transfer as they wanted to avoid the 2% bank charge.They also sent me a very convincing looking invoice. Which meant nothing. As it didn’t have any specific information on it regarding the flights or the hotel.I don’t know how Times Travel Limited have been in operation since the 1980s because I can’t be their first victim.In a state of panic I rang around other travel agents but all their November and December packages had been sold out.Not only did Baitullah Travels (who also trade as Times Travel limited) rob me of £1,200. They also robbed me of an opportunity of a lifetime.Omar, the manager, and his team Hina, Moiz and Faisul, they all gave up their akhirah for £1,225.It sickens me that the company is still in business.Avoid at all costs!My potential travel date has come and gone.I have a suitcase packed, but I’m going nowhere. And I’d said farewell to my loved ones, who were so excited for me, especially as I am recovering from poor health.Please avoid Baitullah Travels. They rob people in the name of God.Despicable people.And I have suffered a relapse. And I was doing so well.They have robbed me of money, health and peace.And I make duah no one else suffers at the hands of these disgusting human beings.

Simply the best, If I would call them Umrah Master thats not false, Their services and way of dealing is awesome, Best agency ever I booked anything yet.I will recommend to family and friends, Will travel with them again Inshallah.All thanks to brother Omar !

this company is scam, they are running 23 websites under the parent company TimesTravel. So the send you offers from different company names and offering 5 star hotels, once the get your money, they will not book the hotel for you until the last minute and there game of fraud starts there, so they will tell you that the hotel is not available and they offer you alternative cheap 3 star hotels, so you will be left with no options other than acceptance. this is happened with me and I had to book a hotel myself in Madinah and paid from my pocket. DO NOT BE FOOLED by there words, they say Alahmdulillah and Mashallah just to rob you! I have attached a photo of the so called 5 Star hotel booked for me:

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!These guys are either complete scammers and thieves or they are just plain stupid.My mother booked an Umrah trip back in May to fly out in November. Deposit paid, Umrah trip paid in full which comes to over £1,200.They had SIX MONTHS to book a simple Umrah trip but they failed to do so.2 weeks in the run up to the Umrah trip we would call them regularly to get the visa, flight and hotel information - we were told they are sending it and we would receive it by the end of the day. The last week before she was meant to fly out we would call them basically daily with the promise that they are being sent.ABSOLUTE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!I am fuming whilst writing this.One of the operators, Faisal, did state to my mum saying that if for whatever reason it doesn’t go ahead, she can receive a refund. This was a few days before she was meant to fly out.My mum sent proof of payment and bank details on WhatsApp for a refund on the Wednesday before the flight. This was ignored.We called back multiple times since and still were being told everything will be sent.We asked them to send over the details whilst on the phone. The idiots were very apprehensive.By this point we accepted the devastating reality that my mother was no longer going on Umrah.My mother is someone who has been suffering with illness for quite some time. Namely, depression.As a result of this absolute failure of a business, my mother has suffered the most severe relapse that I have seen in the past year. So, you can understand my frustration towards this company and its employees.So, Saturday - the day of the flight comes. By this point, we have not received anything. No visa, no flight information, no hotel booking.My mother leaves a review which you can read below this one.Come Monday, we receive a call from Faisal.He seemed distraught that his name was mentioned in the review. What do you expect? If someone pays in May to go Umrah in November. That is what they want. They don’t want to be offered a refund AFTER they were meant to fly out. AFTER they have been ignored and lied to.Is this how you do business?Did you not have enough time to make a booking?Preposterous.Coming to me saying that your third party company let you down etc has NOTHING to do with us as a customer.It seems the ‘truth’ comes out after we leave a bad review? What a joke.Also, if you were being let down by another company, why would you not tell us beforehand? Why would you lead us on to think that the booking was going ahead? Why dangle this dream of going to Allah’s house in front of a vulnerable, God loving woman and then snatch it away?Honestly, how do you sleep at night?We were on the phone for almost 2 hours perhaps going round and round in circles on that Monday (2 days after her flight was due)He asked us to remove the bad review and he will refund us the money.LYING MIGHT COME EASY TO YOU, however, the general public DESERVE to know the reality and truth of you scumbags.Stealing from vulnerable women who are looking to please Allah. How low can you get?By the way, that offer of an Umrah trip that you sent on Tuesday (Faisal), what makes you think we want to go with Baitullah Travel again after such a bad experience?A formal complaint will be made soon to ABTA, we will see you in court if it comes to it.Terrible business, even worse people. Do not book with them, there are many other reputable travel agencies for your Hajj and Umrah needs.Omar, Moiz and Faisal, I hope you understand the severity of your actions.

Do not buy anything from this company. The company is a scam. They will promise you so many things before the payment. Once the payment is made, they will scam you differently. The company runs various sites under the parent’s company. Just google search the company address and you will be able to see all the companies operating under the same address. SCAMMMM!!

I recently undertook an Umrah journey with Baitullah Travel, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. Agent Muhammad Moiz, in particular, demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and expertise, making my Umrah experience truly memorable. Kudos to Baitullah Travel for their outstanding service and to Muhammad Moiz for his dedication and proficiency. Highly recommended!
