The viewings were always fully accompanied and well organised to minimise disruption with with good transparency as to the positions of the interested parties. We ended up selling the house several times due to chains collapsing in a difficult market with Ed updating the marketing materials to keep them fresh. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kate at Fine and Country could not have been any better In fact I would say definitely one of the best estate agents I’ve had the pleasure to have met.The whole buying process really could not have any simpler. The main thing I want from an estate agent above all else is great communication skills and Kate had this in abundance. I could send her a WhatsApp message (yes WhatsApp, fine and country move ahead with the times) with a query I had and more times than not I would have a reply within a couple of hours sometimes minutes!From offer to completion the whole process took just over 10 weeks.
