Have always used Family Friends since moving to Cippenham over 20 years ago. The staff are fantastic, kind and friendly. Never had an issue

The whole team is lovely. They are always so gentle and caring with our cat. They've been our vet for over 12 years and we would dream of going anywhere else.

The exceptional staff at this practice have always ensured that my pet and its health are always prioritised. I have never once felt that my love and care for my pet was used to get money out of me. From what I have seen, everyone here genuinely loves and cares for animals and will always go above and beyond to ensure both you and your pet are happy and comfortable.To the team at Family Friends Vets, thank you for always providing us with a positive experience.

Had emergency with elderly neighbours dog.rang and was seen on day.the vet was brilliant and staff lovely,very happy and would definitely recommend

I experienced terrible customer service at the clinic when my 11 year old golden retriever and I were made to wait 40 minutes in the hot waiting room. In front of our eyes the vets were inviting other pets arrived later than us, but we were ignored! I had to ask the front desk what was going on, but the receptionist couldn't answer me. When we were finally invited in and I asked the vet (Subo) why we were treated this way, she said it was because we were late! But we were not late, we arrived on time! She checked the appointment schedule again and said that she had made a mistake and could only apologise.I found such unprofessional and disregarding behaviour quite upsetting.

Haven’t had an issue until recently when my partner was told his cat is deaf as it doesn’t respond to clicking in his face and is white, supposedly most white cats are deaf which is just a myth. This caused a fair bit of panic for my partner. The cat is not deaf at all and hears his food being refilled from the other side of the house.. this should never have even been mentioned considering he was only in for a vaccine. Why cause unnecessary concern? Sadly they seem to be giving out a lot of misinformation which is very concerning and therefor I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
