Marston Green Dental Practice

Very disappointed had to re - edit my post.Initially coming to this practise I thought it was great. They had seen me for the first time during lockdown to get a tooth extracted in emergency.After this procedure of getting my tooth removed i thought all is well until I developed spot/lump on this inside of my gum of the tooth extraction area & also developing a dry socket. I phoned the dentist and he just advised for me take anti-biotics.After another week there was no differencei contacted the dentist who told me to come in the next day. When I came in the dentist he was not sure" on what the spot was and told me that the infection from the extraction that can spread towards the gum & then proceeded to just pop the spot and try and clear it & then again prescribing more anti-biotics.After a couple days I knew something wasn't right

I have been with this dentist for years. I was petrified of dentists and my dentist worked with me to build up my confidence and trust in her. Unfortunaly she left and I lost all confidence again. After ignoring letters that said my checkup was overdue I had a hole in my tooth and had no choice but to go. The wonderful staff got me in within 2 days.Dr Ankur Sahai was fantastic he listened to me and made me feel at ease so much so I have come just come back from a second appointment where he has filled my tooth. Thank you so much everyone, see you in 6 months

I couldn't be happier with my experience of this dentist.I found them when I needed an emergency appt.I had not been to the dentist for years after a bad experience.Everyone from the receptionist, the dentist who extracted my tooth and hygienist who I have seen since have all been wonderful.Its nice to finally find a dentist i feel comfortable with.Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

edited review- now i am awaiting an emergency dental appointment due to the agonising nerve pain this filling has caused meshocking experience. female dentist i had was so rude and not compassionate at all, calling me “all over the place” when i had no idea what she was going on about with my teeth. she knew that it had been a while since i’d been to the dentist, so i was naturally very nervous. did she care? not in the slightest. very dismissive, even when i was half having a panic attack. £70 for this mess, an absolute joke. i will not be back.

Anand was the best dentist made treatments a nice experience rather than an ordeal. So disappointed when I went for check up that he's left. Love to know whete hes gone.

Total fear of going near a dentist due to previous experience. The ladies on the desk made me feel at ease and made me feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I had a visit to the hygienist and it was the second time in my life. If I had been with this hygienist I would have been going regularly she made me feel so comfortable and calm. My dentist again made me feel the same. All in all they really have changed my wholeDentist experience for me and I am very grateful I’m in my 50’s and my teeth have been pulled drilled and the fear of god put in me. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you Ladies I appreciate you all.

All I'm going to say is that after many years of being anxious and having a phobia of needles, Anand has been fantastic. Him and his team were brilliant in making me feel comfortable, guiding me through every step which helped me fight my fear. Ive had 5 appointments and now the major work is done, im going to hopefully be in a position to improve the look of my teeth without the phobia.. If your teeth are in need of being looked at and your anxious of going to see the dentist, then I'd 100% recommend this place.. Thanks and see you in 6 months

Avoid. The receptionist Tracy is incredibly rude, unprofessional and has a lot of attitude. Practice doesn’t look clean at all.

Staff was so nice. They comfort me cuz i was so scared and the treatment was fast and painless. Thank you

Two cancelled appointments in two weeks.Todays appointment was cancelled 2 hours before appointment ..both cancellations by text message.I've booked two mornings off work to facilitate both of these appointments.I've been told the next appointment isn't until at least December!I've now booked to see a private dentist which I cannot afford but need to sort out a toothache amongst other things which cannot wait until December .To add to the communication -I received a message a few hours later saying I am now due my routine dental examination and I should call the practice to book an appointment...such an insensitive message to send after cancelling two appointments with little notice.This practice was great a couple of years ago .Such a shame they are now failing patients.
