After a very disappointing doctors appointment regarding my 2 year old daughter I went to collect the prescription at the chemist this afternoon and explained my distress to one of the pharmacist’s who served me, she was very kind, informative and a lot more helpful to me than the doctor was

This pharmacy had gone down the pan since alot new staff taken over. YOU CAN NEVER GET THEM ON THE PHONE WORSE THAN PHONING DOCTORS. After 2 weeks phoned decided to nominate another pharmacy for my repeats. Absolutely disgusting you go in there and good 5 staff there ignoring the incoming phone calls enough is enough used to be reliable used for 22 years

Rude. I needed medication which they had but I didn't have a prescription. When my caseworker asked on behalf of me to put meds aside they wouldn't and said other people are waiting for it too.There was no need for that. I need a certain medication and as a demand for it they weren't understanding.

Whats the point in having a contact phone number if no one bothers to answer it.....very poor service,use the pharmacy in Asda they are more responsive and helpful and open longer
