Came in today for a full set. I have to say this is by far the BEST nail salon in Mansfield! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, very friendly nail technicians. I got ALL I asked for and so much more! My nails are the best they've ever been. Thank you so so much!

So, I came in with my natural long nails with a request to take off the rest of the acrylic gel and put a new one on my natural nails and do some design. The boy unfortunately gently may not have understood me when I tried to explain what I meant and cut all my nails with the intention of putting on tips. He did it unskillfully, with no experience. Unfortunately the tips don't even adhere directly to the nail and stand out from the naturalness. He was changed by a woman who unfortunately didn't even check that the nails were the same length but made the design the way I wanted it, she did the rest of her work thoroughly and carefully, painfully a bit but the nails were done but carefully. For which I give her a strong 4.They need more experience but let them learn on themselves and not on clients charging £40.
