Our family recently bought a van from The Yard Group and not only was it an excellent deal but the level of customer service we received was second to none. Would recomme to anyone and will revisit if another purchase is required.Thanks Philip

I seen the yard group advertised and my van had just recently packed in, and with being a business owner that’s the main thing I need for the business to run smoothly. I contacted Simon on the yard group Facebook page (out of hours) asking about a van that I had seen and was interested in and within 15-20 minutes he had replied giving me a link to a form to fill in and to call and see him the next day. I had thought to myself due to having bad credit that I had no hope but he re assured me that he would be able to help due to the amount of lenders that they have. Between him and the lads at the yard group they made everything run extremely smooth and I’m now a proud owner of a 2015 ford transit. I would highly recommend the yard group to anyone that is looking a good, honest and reliable service. Thanks lads for helping me out use are life savers

Recently bought a 16k Transit Tourneo from here. These people start of really nice until they get your money....changed stars from 5 to 2 as aftercare service is appalling. Not had the Transit long and have already removed/replaced DPF as not salvageable. Fuel injector going also. Brakes and Discs changed 1 year on from purchase. Stay clear in my opinion. 16k spent for 1.5 years use.Now 1 star from last review....Owner may call you out of the blue if you give a negative review and give abuse!!! I am not going to get into it on here of what happened on the call. All I will say to you is to involve trading standards should you need to, trust me.Just look how this company responds peoples negative reviews. It just shows what type of vile people they really are. ''I think you maybe thought we were laughing at the way you hair looked or your funny face'' and in another review response ''you must of got out the wrong side of bed this morning'' another ''Keith keep dreaming, it’s good to dream'' another ''in fact you would be the customer from hell''. Can't recommend them highly enough. I dealt with 3 different staff from start to finish. I was waiting on a van coming in initially and Simon even offered to lend me a van until it did as I was supposed to start the courier job before it was due in stock. I ended up opting for a Vauxhall Vivaro and I'm over the moon with it. I'm going into business for myself and the deal was great and finance was approved as promised. I also don't pay my first payment for three months which helps me free up initial cash.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be back when it's time to upgrade. Bought a van from the Yard a couple of years ago.. wouldn’t recommend this place.Ended up getting a refund by getting trading standards involved.In response to the reply:You did not stand over the vehicle you were told in no uncertain circumstances by Trading standards you had to. The van was never ‘bought as seen’.I still have all the paperwork to confirm this!

Not happy at all by there service. Please read this carefully.they imitated me and threatened me. They blocked me from ringing well begore my warranty run out. They been ringing 4 times. There rude to me and my friend, threatened me to say i crashed it and it was all my fault which it wasn't. Second time they rung me pretending to be the police for my wreckless driving would you ever. 3rd time shouting in the same phone call there were nice couldn't wait to get up there, they will fixed it or give me a van of the same value on friday. When i rung them again there were rude in threatened me again. I have it all recorded. I have filed a complaint Traders standards aswell as the dissertation disability act. There make a joke of on my disability. Share it or pm me name and shame

Excellent service - nothing was to much trouble.Would highly recommend and will be using them again and again in the future. All your effort was much appreciated.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE all they are is overpriced rude and liethey tell you they fix stuff all they do is pull fuses out. i had a list of problems phoned lots of times they didnt relly want to no they did take it back and mot but still lots broke in the van. drained the battery over night. had to get trading standers and moto novo involved. go sumwhere else they run a overpriced end of life car/van sales told finance company that the milage on the van was 101000 miles they was 153000 miles on it. it had water getting in bad paintwork and wireing had been interfered with to the point of things not working. be warned if u leave a review simon hamill will spend all night to find you on facebook and leave malicious comments on it he will get his staf to do the same. it is not a good way to run a business!!!!! The mileage is in miles not km as DVa will confirm as they did to finance. Have u payed your over 100,000 bill to the council yet ?? Simon Hamal is a joke it was you that cut the wires when u painted it if any poor person is so unlucky to buy I have full history of NIAS funny u told the last man that looked at it u had it as camper but ur wife did not want it you are full of lies that person had lucky escape. If you want to keep lie to people I will make more phone calls to people who can look more in to it

Highly recommend the guys at Nutts corner van center. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Bought my iveco daily from them which will soon be turned into a campervan.
