3rd time here my own washing machine packed up, really nice place too take my wash, lovely lady running it good value lovely clean place.

I paid for my washing before hand and was told to come back at 6pm. When i returned the lady had already closed the shop and left, leaving me without my clothes... now im finding out the shop is not open again till wednesday... i have called the contact number multiple times... this is soo unproffesional of this lady... how can you take someones money and clothes and close early... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, ITS BETTER YOU DO IT YOURSELF!!!! FUMING!

Extremely friendly local laundrette. Serviced wash costs between £10-16 depending on volume, and has broad opening hours.

Friendly staff, good equipment, left clothes clean, fresh and dry within the hour. Prices are reasonable, and there's actually parking round the corner literally.

Helpful and friendly staff, and very clean and tidy laundrette.10 minutes of tumble drying (in a very large drier) costs £1 and you activate the machines by purchasing individual tokens from the staff.

The old miserable women, is very rude stands outside her dirty looking shop and looks people up and down smoking her cigarette she’s very unprofessional and would never recommend her shop to anyone.she doesn’t greet you when you walk in she analyses you and walks away your pride she never be that high all you have to do is greet your customer,(not hard) my wash was left over night in her machine she failed to tell me the shop was closing on 35minutes after I put my wash on.I was livid I had my niece and nephews uniform in there!! I returned the next morning and asked her why she never felt the need to tell she was closing her shop after put my wash on she respond do you know what time I close 8 I close at 8! This is something that was not relayed to me so how was I meant to know.FURTHERMORE I GOT BACK TO THE SHOP AT 7:46 the shop next door said she closed 20mins ago. Worst experience the lack of common curtesy, professionalism it’s sad tbh, Lastly there’s a much better launderette further up the road ran by a lovely lady very welcoming and a cleaner facility I strongly recommended!

Best launderette in the area, it only costs £4.50 for the washing machine, £1 for 10 minutes tumble drying, helpful staff too

This place is exactly what a launderette needs to be. Clean, efficient and simple. The owner is friendly and always happy to help you use the machines or give advice on laundry. She also offers additional services such as folding and ironing your laundry, for a reasonable extra cost. I see a few bad reviews on here but I'm not sure why, this place has always been very reliable for me and I'll continue to use it for those larger loads like sheets and towels.

Customer service is poor. My friend and I came to use the facilities and was informed by the woman (the owner) that it would take 35 minutes we came back before 35 minutes and realised the shop was closed! we were then informed by the shop next door that she closed 20 mins ago which she Failed to inform my friend and I. Thus my friends clothes were left in the washing machine with her niece and nephews school uniform in there! Once we returned the woman attitude was very rude and unpleasant. Terrible service. Go elsewhere!
