The business needs to do a lot better with customer service. I ordered on the app, went to the counter, shoewng my receipt, and a young female blonde assistant shouted One sec". Really

Went here for the first time decided to eat in rather than use the drive through they have a good seating area outside the building however I decided to eat inside the place itself was clean and bright and the seating was well laid out. I ordered my meal and received after a few minutes of waiting the chips and burger were nice and hot.Staff were friendly and welcoming. I had no trouble finding a table and enjoyed my meal.They have a good selection of meals for varied tastes and diet's I haven't used the drive through as of yet but I did notice how busy the drive through was but not surprising considering where the restaurant is situated. Overall a good first visit.

Drive through order.Part of our order was missing. Complained to a staff member who took a further 6 minutes to fetch 2x bottles of orange juice. By this time our food was cold. Hot chocolate just tasted of hot water… very disappointing experience

Ordered a melon bag.Was on its last date.Tasted nasty and smelt bad.Got a replacement from a disinterested supervisor.Then took that back to an even more disinterested deputy manager.Clearly had a fridge too warm or something, as it seems they were all off.Expected better.It's usually a good branch.Amending review from 5 to two 2 stars.

Seating indoors and out. One of the best outdoor seating areas I think. Access for pushchairs and wheelchair.6 touch screens, on this visit, 5 ipdas in the kids section all workingon this visit.Everything else is what you expect to see at McD.Tables were very clean staff were cleaning them after customers had left.All staff were pleasant and polite during the visit for a Saturday evening.Drive thru available, there are 2 disabled spaces just outside. Plenty of additional car parking spaces. 2 EV charging points are available at KFC next door.Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

Used drive through. Ordered 1 large McChicken sandwich meal. Asked to wait in the car park which took 5 minutes for one of their most common orders. Large fries was barely even a medium. Also cold within seconds. Wouldn't bother with their prices having gone up too.

I often take my grand children after school as a treat. They love it as they can eat their tea and play on the computers. If McDonald's food is hot then it is generally decent . I can chill whilst they eat and play. There is a lady there who does a good job keeping the restaurant tidy. I do wonder whether she is not keen on children or is it the parents she is not happy with . Otherwise I am good to keep visiting
