Fabulous art deco gated community in heart of London, tube at Baron's Court five minutes away, building has lifts to apartments not big enough for wheelchairs though, I think they talking about widening them. there is extensive maintenance work going on at the minute here, but great apartments

Gated residences with carpark for residents . Very near to Barons Court tube station

This was unfortunately a very disappointing and very expensive rental experience.What I was sold - A quiet, secure and gated garden community with off-street parking and porterage.The disappointing reality - The noise from the roof development and renovations within flats is relentless. There are notices fastened to walls notifying residents to gain approval for renovation work however this is constantly ignored and will often continue into the evenings. The roof construction and workers seems to be given priority over consideration for residents with little to no communication ever being provided of work which impacts the residents. Building work appears to be started sporadically, but never gets finished and so communal areas are left in a very poor state.The parking is completely uncontrolled. During the week at least half the available parking is taken up by workmen on site. The security for the estate is non-existent with gates either being kept open to accommodate the builders, or automatic car gates broken due to them constantly being forced open.Any issue raised with the porter or the managing agents is rarely acknowledged let alone addressed. The porter is only present during office hours Monday to Friday but only really acts as a post room and he will not leave his office to notify of deliveries nor to inspect the state the rest of the estate.As a result of all of the above there is no feeling of community, just frustrated individuals with no consideration for their fellow neighbours.

Calm place to live inside London

Constant construction site.Absolutely appalling project management by Esskay Management Services. We have lived here for two years and there has not been a single day in which there hasn't been scaffolding on the buildings and construction / renovation works being carried out. The majority of this work could have been run in parallel, but the incompetent management seem incapable of planning ahead.Construction combined with the boy racers every night along the A4 makes living here a chore. On the plus side, if you struggle staying awake during the day, you definitely won't have that problem here when the drilling starts or the contractors begin screaming at each other as soon as they head home from work at 11am each day.Final point, this secure compound" sounds great until the monkeys break the gate every few weeks or so

Lived here for 3 years and it was lovely. Shame about all the construction though

I lived in Barons Keep for many years and I thought it to be brilliant. So close to the tube, Earls Court and many other places. Art deco at its best. Just loved it there but I lived there in the 90's so things change. On the knowledge test so good if one had to many pints at the pub and just can udder Barons Keep to the cabbie before one passes out, LOL. True story.

A stunning period building located in the heart of it all, walking distance from the bustling nightlife of Hight Street Kensington and practically next door to Barons Court tube station. So much character, charm and history also location location location to boot!
