Excellent service!My mum and dad had concerns about their gas fire as both of them had been feeling unwell after sitting in the room with it switched on.Scott, the engineer, arrived on time and was extremely helpful and friendly. He carried out a thorough investigation of the fire and tested for gas leaks and carbon monoxide.Fortunately, nothing was found, he reassured my parents that everything was okay and provided guidance on getting the fire checked annually.I would highly recommend Hugh Fulton Ltd to anyone

We use HF regularly for general repairs and maintenance and they are always helpful, responsive and thorough. The employees could not be more helpful. Recently they fitted compliant smoke alarms and were extremely efficient.

Highly recommend HF Electric for EV Charger installation. I got several quotes but HF were the only supplier who actually did an in-person site visit. Just as well too as they spotted I was on a looped supply. They then submitted the request to Scottish Power on my behalf to have a direct supply installed to my home and helped me navigate my way through that confusing process. Once that was done the installation of the charger was spot on - an excellent piece of work.

Very bad experience with HF Electrical. Our property manager hired HF to carry out a Fire Fighting Facilities assessment at our development of 56 flats at Sutcliffe Court in Glasgow. Their engineer John Chalmers wrongly recommended an annual Compartmentation, or fire doors, inspection, at the owners' expense. This was nonsense, as there are no fire doors, or any other fire fighting facilities, in our development.HF's Inspection Engineer Christopher Walsh then carried out this FFF inspection, and billed us for it. Like his colleague, he completely failed to notice that there are no fire doors in our property. I can believe that one employee could make an honest mistake, but two?It wasn't until I queried our property manager about this bill that the mistake" was discovered. Our property manager had to arm-twist HF into providing any other details of the work

HF Group have been great to work with, helping to overcome issues with the original design and installing shore power in our Harbour to a high standard. We have worked with them on more than one project and they are helpful, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for electrical work.

Our high level lights blew on Saturday and Graeme was out quickly the same day to instal a quick fix to get our lights back on. Monday afternoon Dionne arrived to put the lights back on a dimmer switch. Really great service and would recommend using HF

Following initial survey to look at best options and to discuss what our priorities were, the engineers turned up on the appointed day and completed the works to the highest of standards. Every precaution was taken from start to finish to ensure minimal damage to décor, floor finishes, walls and doors, when installing all components in agreed locations. Engineer then talked us through the set up and use of the system and confirmed with his operation centre that the system was up and running correctly. I would recommend HF and their security installation team for their professionalism and execution of the works.
