From design through to installation Harvey Jones have been fantastic, The kitchen itself is the best quality I have seen and Amy who dealt with our project was always on hand and was a pleasure to work with. The kitchens are high quality and the overall process is professional and a great deal of care and time is taken to get the details just right. Amy Young designed our kitchen and she was fantastic, creative and showed a real eye for detail. Amy was also very patient with us as we chopped and changed things a number of times leading up to the final sign off meeting. Amy went above and beyond what we could have expected.The fitter (Garry) was extremely professional and very experienced and the quality of fitting is excellent. We did not meet the painter but the finish is beautiful.We should also mention that Harvey Jones (and Amy in particular) were very accommodating, working around our very unprofessional and unreliable builders!

Amy Young has been amazing throughout the whole process of designing and fitting my new kitchen. During the design process she was very careful to understand what I wanted from my kitchen and spent a great deal of time making sure that the final design was exactly what I wanted, bringing her knowledge of good kitchen design to support throughout. Her attention to detail made sure that, when the kitchen was finally in place, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the result!Amy kept in close contact throughout and responded to my many emails & phone calls very swiftly. My wife and I couldn't recommend Caroline and the Harvey Jones team more. The design service offered by Caroline was exceptional and her knowledge and expertise has helped us to realise our dream kitchen. It was a fantastic experience working with Caroline on the design features and she was very patient with us as we changed our minds repeatedly and directly contradicted ourselves on even the simplest decision from one meeting to the next! The kitchen has only been installed a matter of weeks, but needless to say we're over the moon.The service from everyone we encountered was first class from start to finish, and each tradesman gave us such peace of mind with their demeanour and the exceptional quality of their work. Particular thanks to Gary for fitting the kitchen with such precision and attention to detail, and to Peter for painting it like it so flawlessly.We're looking forward to many years of happy cooking (and drinking) in our kitchen and that's all thanks to Harvey Jones. Amy and the team proposed, refined and installed our gorgeous kitchen. Having used other brands for other renovations, and this being our forever home, we decided to use a Harvey Jones because of their attention to detail and workmanship. Amy listened to our brief and created, in our opinion, a masterpiece! The results speak for themselves.

Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared.I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones.A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!

We had a great experience with Harvey Jones and with our designer, Amy, in particular. She really went above and beyond to help us with our design and installation (even though we were having a nightmare with our builders/timelines etc.) The fitter (Gary) and painter (Sophie) were also excellent and we are thrilled with the result.HJ isn't the cheapest but we went to a lot of kitchen designers and they definitely provide (in my opinion) value for money with the quality and thought that goes into it all.
