The Brema Hotel
Wanted to drop bags off early, spent a while ringing the doorbell until someone answered, after saying we would be back later was told latest check in was 9pm, arrived back 8.55 to knock, ring bell for over 10 minutes before door was answered. Needs a huge improvement in customer relations. On a plus, the room was suitable for an overnight.

Cosy little room, clean throughout. Welcomed by host and settled in. Nice quiet location near the city centre. No central heating in room, but warm bedding and a small heater heated the space well. Paid a little over £50 for 2 nights, so no complaints here, well only one, the headboard... oh, the headboard had an ornate carving that meant you couldn't sit up in bed without getting stabbed painfully, and if you lay down and made contact with the board, swear words galore. Otherwise loved the stay.

We had the family room on the 2nd floor bit of a climb but worth it cosy room. Only thing that let it down was the fact the windows didn't shut properly no latches to lock them, we had 50 mph winds while there and being on the top floor it kept pulling the windows open as they didn't lock.

We only spent 1 day overnight stay but we had the best room for all the right reasons for our stay and the team working there were amazing couldn't fault anyone only praise were its due thank you team brema will defo be back you were amazing x

Booked only a few weeks before, great price and value for our stay.Brema Hotdl is centrally located, just minutes walk from the Hounds Hill shopping centre, the Tower and Coral Island.The room's are a reasonable size, clean with tea/coffee making facilities, a nice bathroom with hot working shower.No qualms at all with the price we paid.

Absolutely filthy room. dirt everywhere broken curtain rail ripped curtains uneven floor .no handle on inside of bathroom door freezing room no heating on dirty bed linen and pillows .had to clean room before we used bed .smell of smoking as we arrived and again as we left .never ever been in a place .like this .ruined our stay would have moved but for finances

Furniture was a little dated but comfortable, your typical B&B. Owner took a while to answer the door, gave us our keys and vanished. Check out was simple - just drop your keys in the box and go. Good location

Stayed in room 5 which was a large bright and clean room.amazing value for the money.couldnt fault it.also great location carpark only down the road.will book again.

Nice welcoming couple. Nice and easy to find. Bedrooms are expected for what you pay for. Very quiet as well. Clean and tidy. Only gripe is there was no bin.
