My dogs went in for their yearly check up, we were greated by friendly staff when we arrived, waiting room was quite busy so we waited outside. Vet came to get us when it was our turn, greated dogs by name which made them feel at ease. Vet was lovely throughout as our dogs get nervous around strangers.

Very prompt and friendly service. My kitten was very nervous remembering his first visit and made a bid for freedom but is was all in a day's work for the vet. I was even escorted to my car via the back door as the waiting room was full of dogs.

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent reception Staff, very happy to see us. Vet was fantastic even though my dog decided he was scared this time; Vet was on the floor with cuddles and kind words during the entire visit.Can not recommend this practice highly enough and have done exactly that with friends and family already.Looking forward to seeing them again for the dental work needed; going to be in the new practice building in Houghton le Spring.

Attended this Veterinary surgery for my 2 puppies second injection. The surgery was lovely and clean and the receptionist was very helpful. I was seen almost instantly, which was a god send with 2 puppies that could not go on the floor. The Vet was very nice and patient with them and gave them a treat when they had had their injection. I was pleased with this as I do not want them to grow up being frightened of the Vet.

My dog and been poorly for couple of days. Rang yesterday and managed to get in later that afternoon....vet was lovely and understanding. Ladies on reception also very helpful. Shes lots better today. Thanks so much.....Louise , Caras mam
