GuestReady Brighton

Very central, right next to the station, but not too loud as it is on a side street off the main road. Smaller than the photos make it look, but a nice house, would book again for a Brighton trip.

I love everything about the building and GuestReady made us feel comfortable and welcomed. It was really easy to get into the building because all the instructions were easy to follow. The apartment was beautiful and it looked exactly like the pictures and it was homely which was what I was looking for.

Excellent stay, close to the train station, 15 minutes from the Hilton for the Develop conference.Beds weren't the comfiest and it could have done with some fans as the house was so hot, especially the master bedroom.

Absolutely amazing! One of the best stays ever. We came for Brighton Marathon weekend and can't dream a better place. Location was perfect. Close to big Tesco and big car park. Very very happy.

The apartment was lovely spacious with everything you needed and a lot more .Great location.I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back next year.

There was some confusion over the code for the keysafe but there was a quick response to my request for helpNegative:Bedrooms faced on to busy road. I'm a light sleeper but fortunately had earplugs. Kitchen a bit dated and cutlery drawer a bit grubby. There were no wine glasses!

Gorgeous house, even better than the photos. The apartment had everything one could need and was a short walk from the beach and from shops, yet quiet. It was so beautiful I just didn’t want to leave, haha.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matthew's seaside place in Hove. The flat itself is very large with plenty of space for 4 people. The views to the channel are outstanding with 180 degree views up and down the coast! The flat was very clean and modern with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable with great bedding and awesome bath towels provided. The flat would benefit from a microwave in the kitchen though. We did not have any issues with the key system to get in although the 3 flights of stairs to the flat might be troublesome for some travellers. If you're able to trek up those stairs though, you are rewarded with one of the best views in the area. Finally, we found Matthew to be very responsive to all of our queries throughout the booking as well as during our stay. If you find yourself in the Brighton-Hove area, treat yourself and stay here...you will not be disappointed!

This place is fantastic. Felt like right at home for the two and a half weeks we were there. Lots to do around. Bus stop right across the street but even so everything was walking distance (park, grocery stores, etc). Lisa was an amazing host. If we’re ever in Brighton again we will definitely look into staying at this location again.

Very fast and efficient booking, information and communication. The house was very cosy and clean, we felt right at home! Perfect for a young couple travelling with a baby - quiet neighbourhood but close to Brighton city.
